Can't fault their facilities and the way they go about things, it's just a bit hit and miss with their consistency and to be fair I don't think it's any fault of their own with the amount of delays and hold ups these cultivators experience at the UK end, it goes on weeks even months the delays

They are stating that I ordered things on the 12/03 but I didnt.
I can imagine mate, all they are going by is what's in front of them, frustrating if the system has been down for all

I've just checked my status, I didn't put a full prescription in last month and I cant order anything until the 15th of this month?
Well if this is the Case, i'm going back to bm, I'll need a top up to see me through until my next prescription.
Im sure once they realise this is not an isolated incident they will fix it
