My freaking limits wont reset.
I have messaged them about it. Wonder if this has happened to anyone else?

Feel like a right addict trying to message them to fix it
There's some rumblings about this on reddit, a few said it was a bug but as usual a pinch of salt required.
 
I had something similar but I my case i ordered 10g of something, put it through and found something else, when I tried to put it through, the same thing popped up, but I would imagine you might be on your limit?
They are stating that I ordered things on the 12/03 but I didnt.
The system shows 10/03 and the reset should be today 07/03
Their system was down and broken at the time
Trying to explain this is harder than you might think

I can imagine mate, all they are going by is what's in front of them, frustrating if the system has been down for all 🙏

Don't worry about it, Fiddles. Its happened to all of us...They're prob mostly in recovery in an embryo shape, profusely rocking themselves back n forth, over the BH Bonanza Weekend, give 'em a chance! I'm prob off to CB1 Medical, I've had enough of their slection of flo.

What reset, I thought it was unlimitless???

I've just checked my status, I didn't put a full prescription in last month and I cant order anything until the 15th of this month?

Well if this is the Case, i'm going back to bm, I'll need a top up to see me through until my next prescription.
Im sure once they realise this is not an isolated incident they will fix it
At the moment they think its just me being a raving lunatic

tbf i notice they have changed to Integro CQC maybe everything is working as intended and they have made changes to the way the 28 day rolling period is calculated at the backend.
All of this is fine but this wasnt how the system worked every time i used it previously and the damn thing says reset on the 07/04
I feel like im being gaslit
If anyone experiences anything similar just refer to this as it now seems that the date that it is delivered to your house? counts as the start of the 28 day period not the date it was prescribed.
So if you order on a friday for delivery tuesday nothing will make sense.
That is what they are trying to tell me at the moment however it never worked like that before.

Crazy if they using delivery date, that's a moveable feast for some in the far reaches of the UK.. lets hope an announcement is made.EDIT, it states dispensing date, that's fair enough, but why no notification of the change, I rcvd nothing. Please Medicann communicate.

I am being fobbed off. I am sure this isnt true.
I used to fob people off the whole time. I know the score.
No offer to ask a doctor to increase limit etc? You are a patient that needs medication regardless of whether you really have reached your limit or not. Fobbing you off is unacceptable in any instance.

Ok I am being hyperbolic with my language.
They offered me an appointment to discuss my limit. There is a standard of care there.
The fact that I am pushing a 120g limit ashamed me so I declined to speak about it.
I hope the info helps others and that it sorts itself out quickly.

That makes a bit more sense mate, i thought i was on a limit for a minute and had to double check 😅

Ok so ordering date is different to prescription date which is different to dispensing date which is different to delivery date?
Have I got that right?
Order date Friday
Dr signs prescription Saturday
Dispensed on Monday
Delivered on Tuesday

Many dates make Fiddle a confused man. Lets be honest their system says renewal on 07/04. However that date is innacurate as that just reflects the date that Sunny signed it whereas the real date should be Monday when IPS dispensed it.
I think this is where the confusion lies and might be specific to my order and this sequence.

Ok good at least they acknowledge some duty of care. But still you need your meds bro. Doesn’t matter how much you have used imo there should be no shame felt mate it’s medicine and you need what you need 🙏
