Clinics Medicann UK

I had a review phonecall :devilish:
I was trying to get a limit increase. I ended up with some oil recommendation even tho I told the clincian i dont metabolise edibles.
Just dont order the good stuff for 4 days ok?
The person I spoke to was very nice nonetheless and the advice was good.

Quick question
I have a fren I have just signed up to Medicann
As a labourer he is hardly ever at home to receive deliveries and cannot have a delivery made to his workplace.
How does it work for someone to collect the parcel from a locker or a shop?
Does he have to wait for the delivery to fail with Royal Mail and request redelivery to a locker
Or is there a way of getting the delivery sent to the locker or place to pick up first time?

Doesn't it have to be a hand - face - to - face type tracked delivery sometimes requiring a sig?

Dosen't it have to be a hand face to face type delivery sometimes requiring a sig?
I am a hand face sig guy.
I was told it can be collected with a code from a pickup box/shop so was wondering what the process is for that or if I have completely made that up.

If you miss a delivery you can arrange for it to be sent elsewhere with the Royal Mail for collection at a post office, for collection at a sorting office or delivered to a local pick up point with a code/sign.
That is standard royal mail procedure nothing to do with the Pharmacies. I was wondering if that is something anyone does.
Im guessing he cant have the parcel delivered to his parents to sign for as that could lead to fraud issues.
Any answers greatly appreciated. :(

I've seen on here that people pick there meds up from the post office as opposed to delivered at home if that helps (y)

Everything you've said there about royal mail seems to be correct, I have not used this system yet I'm unsure what other options are available, like the next door neighbour if you instruct this or to family members I'm not sure.

I always do that mate. When the Royal Mail email comes though usually about 8pm ish you can set it to pick up from a collection point. It’s dead handy. Only once has the email not come through and they delivered to me at home but if you’re not in you can set it to deliver to the collection point the next day. Mines in a co op about 5 mins down the road it’s mint. Do my shopping and get my meds in one go and saves waiting around nervously all day for the door 🙏😁

Family member is fine, mine was delivered to my wife a lot of times. Next door neighbour doesn't always work with "guaranteed special delivery", but local post office should.

Thanks @williemed thats exactly the information I needed.
Basically I thought it was strange that you had to wait for the delivery to fail so it makes sense, as you explain, that the stage to do this at is the 8pm email from the royal mail confirming tracking
If you try do anything with the email you get in the morning the parcel is already on the van
Thanks guys ❤️❤️

Absolutely mate 🙏💚 one thing to be aware of I think if you catch the email before midnight you can still get it next day, otherwise it is the day after

I think so, we always had it delivered to our own address.

There was one single time when the postie said an ID check requirement popped up and I had to show it, he was as surprised as me, said never seen anything like this. I think that was my Mamedica® order.

Afghan hunting does not come cheap these days.
IPS are Sin-Binned atm with their unorthodox pricing tactics.

Don't get me wrong. IPS are doing a great job, its just the unexpected highly discounted 50% price-drops right after you've paid the robbing toads full whack-attack! Not how to build customer rapport IMO of course, others may and will prob differ!
