I see that Medicann previously stocked the GK Pavé S1. It’s OOS everywhere except Newgrove.
Just emailed Medicann asking if they’d prescribe me some from Newgrove.
First was told only products on their portal. I replied saying it’s on the portal just OOS and that are they confirming I can’t externally dispense this medication.
I got the reply confirming that.
MedBud does mention they’re iffy about using external pharmacy especially for products they’ve never stocked/approved - but the GK Pavé surely right???
I’m more than satisfied with Medicann’s 200+ at any given time flower range nonetheless. Shits on Montu

14th April - ordered 30g
The 90g limit would reset on 12th May (28 days) as is noted on the prescription information for “Renewal Date”
My question is, are they harsh/fixed on that renewal date or have patients been able to start ordering again before exact renewal date?
Alternaleaf used to let me request my monthly repeat 21 days into the 28 day cycle. Was particularly handy if running low or new products coming to market.

They run on a rolling 28 days basis
The date that the medication is dispatched by IPS starts as the timer
So not the date you ordered or that Dr Sunny Prescribes
Sometimes the system will let you order one day earlier than the date it says which is odd but shhh
The most issues are caused if you order say after cutoff friday, it is prescribed and paid friday but then doesnt get sent by IPS till Monday so the dates get borked
I had a whole email extravaganza getting to the bottom of how it works. What @TheGreenAvenger said is right about not trusting the date is says for renewal and the info I posted is as accurate a process as can be predicted...

I guess never order on a Friday unless something low stock. Won’t get posted till Monday anyway. I tend to try to stick to next day cut off (2:30pm Mon-Fri) anyway.
Something else worth mentioning, my initial 30g order has its own 28 day reset, my 20g order a few days later has its own 28 day reset also.
I’m thinking that I’ll have 30g again only when cycle first resets. Or would it be 90 again as a full 28 days have lapsed?
Best thing is to book a consultation for a higher limit so I don’t ever have to worry about this. I know it’s on a patient to patient basis but anyone care to share their “high” limits? Hoping for 120-150g of flower![]()

There were only a few staff to book appointment from. It took a whole month to do waiting on appointments.
Anyway point of that story is that I got a 120g default limit. Prior it seems Medicann operated with no "limits" persay
I helped sign a friend up last week for medicann. There were many new staff to book from. The whole process took 4 days from submission of docs!!!
He got a 90g default limit.
It therefore seems there has been a change in these limits. I recently requested an increase and the first advice the doctor gave was to try oils and vapes rather than to immediately increase. Whilst maybe not what I wanted, this was good medical advice.
Tldr: They changed things recently. You should have a consultation a month after signing, you need to book this yourself. You cannot get a limit increase by just messaging customer service. You can ask then.
