Pharmacies Montu Pharmacy

Montu didn’t send my free bovedas the cheeky buggers! It’s only £4 but emails are free so I fired one off and to their credit, 2 bovedas have been dispatched, get this, special delivery! The postage label probably cost more the bovedas. Class 👏😄 now if only they were so quick with my actual medication 🙏🤣
 
Just had an amazing result with Montu. I found mould in some flower and emailed them to report this with photos, filled out the form etc, and have just received the refund, just 3 days later!

That’s more like it 👏🔥🥳
Brilliant news! Out of curiosity, which strain/grower is the culprit? Any of the Montu partner brands?

It was the phant d1 mate.

This is a huge change from the last time I found mould and it’s great to see Montu putting their money where their mouth is, and putting patients first 🙏💚

This is great treatment in this case from your pharmacy mate and hopefully setting a precedent for other pharmacies to follow or fall behind . 🔥

P.S @JR52 light hearted prediction on the length of investigation was one of the funnier comments on here in a long time 🤣
 
I have just been on the phone to Mamedica® and 4C Labs said there is nothing wrong with the jokers.
I will not buy anything of them ever again. What a rubbish company

Is this something CannCare can help you with, or advise you on at least?

If you had all the evidence of being given a mouldy product then I don't see how they can just brush it off and say it's fine

That's a very general statement and you were calling into question your bag of Jokerz that you paid for and I suppose the question is can they same the same about your individual bag which is where your issue is :(

Completely goes against my own experiences though, with one prescription having taken 4 days to process, and another currently on day 3, and I also note the "Prescription heading to the pharmacy" email from Alternaleaf now says to call after 5 days, instead of 3 days previously. I'm starting to get the impression there are two sets of patients with Alternaleaf/ Montu where only some have been moved over to the new system.

No I have the same email stating that the prescription should reach the pharmacy in 3 days and to call them after 5 if you haven't heard. I had my review at 10am this morning so the clock is ticking to see how quickly (or not) this arrives. I've ordered early and have plenty left from last month, so I'm not anxious but I am very much watching the responsiveness with caution.

I think everyone gets the email but then it’s pot luck as to if you get near instant processing or snails pace 😅 hopefully you’re in the lucky bunch 🙏 but that’s the way to do it mate absolutely request more then you think you need then your not stressing 🔥💯
