MC Newbie here, waiting patiently for my first order to be dispensed and dispatched. I’m a bit shocked reading about the mould issue. Question for those with experience, has anyone ever reported these issues to the gov. Uk yellow card scheme or directly to the GPC (GPhC) or threatened to when dealing with the dispensary or clinic? Not sure if I’m allowed to post links?

It's absolutely encouraged to report it on the yellow card scheme if this arises and also directly to your clinic so they can take it up with the supplier which is where people have been getting fobbed off with the test sample is ok which is obvious but never explains why the bag in front of the patient is the way it is .

Also the comments about the altered expiry date. This issue should be reported

Most definitely people should report anything they are not happy with especially mould and I would suggest anyone with issues with their Medication to definitely report it here also. Most of the time its usually a bit of Micro seed. I did have an issue last year on 2 products, 1 being seed and the other was having an indated label put over the original printed sell by date of flower which I paid £9g. It was out of date by just over a month but covered over it with this label with a false sell by date.

Quality issues needs an independent body /organisation of its own to look over it as a whole I'd say and be a fair arbitrator of these problems as they arise and promptly.

Thinking about it, if we do have issues its usually brought up in the strain forums .
