My apologies for being the contrarian, I just don't believe in
Sativa and
Indica, neither did most of the doctors I talked to.
Check TERPENES and strains wherever you can.
In my case, out of the most common ones,
Limonene works very well for the day, Kush-type strains seem good. They make me focused and effective AND feel good.
Myrcene works mixed with
Limonene (as I found out from Rainbow Pavé), but I found
without Limonene, or having too much of it,
Myrcene just makes me sleepy and slow and useless. Which is amazing after 9pm, but not for getting
ADHD under control, to be able to focus.
Most stuff I have consumed so far was either labelled as
Hybrid or
Sativa Hybrid, and I had extremely varying results from "useless" to "not for me" to "this is quite alright!" to "HOLY CRAP!!!". Despite not being
Indicas, some of them made me tired or just felt like evening smokes in general.
Too bad we don't always have the terp charts.
