Welcome to the forum @Delta 9 and you'll find many of us have had years of BM use like yourself and glad that you've joined us to share this journey and before you know it you'll be a legal Medical Cannabis patient after all this time and let me tell you you that's a relief in itself and as you mention about MedBud which is coincidentally 3 years old today ,its a great source of info for us all and is helping patients in many ways and long may it continue 💚

Thanks Grown, Been lurking here for a couple of years but just recently found this community forum which is a very supportive bunch of peeps with no agenda other than to support and educate , a very rare thing to see online within the canna community nowadays.

Sounds like me ,before the forum I was constantly lurking in the bud/flower seeing what was new then found this forum and poked my nose in and it's pretty much just developed in a helpful sort of atmosphere here as more and more join it's remaining with that good nature at it's heart.

Luckily this is pretty much the only online community I know so I feel blessed in that way .

Thanks MigraineMan much appreciated, So i take it you suffer from migraines as do i . cluster headaches , vestibular migraines and generic migraine with aura, Is there any strain recomendations or oil ratio that works for you?
 
Hi There, Sounds like we have very similar migraine issues, I also get clusters and migraine with aura. I have found anything too Sativa leaningh and racy exaggerates the problem so mostly Indicas and Indica Hybrid Hybrids work for me. I've had nothing but positive experiences with Black Cherry Punch and although I can't vouch for the c4 labs death bubba, the death bubba I used to get from Mr Green in Canada was good too. I'm still searching for the perfect daytime strain, Miracle Alien Cookies (MAC) works okay for me as a daytime for now. Hope that helps. If you need something at the bottom end of the price spectrum I can recommend curaleafs EMT 1 - Tripoli. I haven't bothered with the oil much, I got curaleafs strongest and had to neck half the bottle to get a result so would hold out unless they've upped the dosing.
 
Appreciate the reply MM , Zolmatriptan usually takes mine away within 3 hrs so i just need and Indica to take to get me to relax afterwards , Yeah Sativa profiles can be too stimulating, Bm mac i was getting was a gd allrounder for relaxed neck so might give that a try, Was looking at the tripoli as i like the genes there, Not an oil man myself more of a butter cookie 11 hydroxy than oils. Really appreciate the reply as it might save me time effort and money , TY

No worries, I've smoked just a wee bit longer than you too, so plenty of BM experience as well, let me know if there are any specific strains that have caught your eye ,I can let you know my thoughts if I have tried them.
