Strangely exactly the same as CB1 Medical mate :)
Its script assist, they brand the platforms as per the clinics but functionality remains largely the same.

They do get some hate for having scripts fall into the abyss with clinics, prescribers and ScriptAssist all refusing responsibility and then patients are left without.

When it works it's a top service, I can't imagine being one of the unlucky ones though!

Is this the first months roll out of it? - I knew it was coming I used to be a Wellfords patient.

Haven't heard of any teething issues at all which is amazing! especially given how much us med patients love to moan haha..
 
This is my first experience with Newgrove, I used to be with Mamedica® but now my clinic is Cannabis Clinic Cardiff i'm dabbling in all the pharmacies haha
I really want to move to CCC.

Smacksalads experience with them has me completely blown away, there seems to be a lot less faff and a lot more attending to patient requests/needs?

If you don't mind me asking, how does the process work in terms of prescriptions? Do you still have allowances? - I have read multiple people talk about how the method behind writing the scripts and things like allowances are very different to norm.

With this newgrove app, I'm assuming you skip steps and start from #3?
 
Not at all, I've smattered comments about them here and there, but the benefit of prescription is...

Yes you have allowances (including a totally separate vape cart allowance to flower) but you can split your script up as much as you want within the month

If I want I can request each item individually on different days of the month AND I can specify by item (even if doing a grouped request) which pharmacy I want it to go to

So this first time using Newgrove, yeah, after the initial app set-up, ID upload, etc, the first notification I got was 'payment time' and it showed that it had skipped to already having the prescription.

Shoot if you have any more questions

It aint that great. Previous Tester here (worked with Test architects / best in biz). Its literally, full of holes.
Edit daily extended user for too long lol.

This lines up with with what I've generally heard about them to be honest, always had hoped it was a loud minority though.

Is it a red flag for any clinics that may run it?

This sounds fantastic and explains the pricing compared to elsewhere with the amount of added admin they probably have going on.

So let's say I have a 50g flower limit, as long as I don't request over it, I can split it into 5 separate orders of whatever I fancy when I fancy?

tbf I can only test it on CB1 Medical, so it could be config as well as everything else.
It can currently, easily be manipulated (not losing money or compromising patient saftey as far as i can tell) ,lets say so I keep schtumn as its not fair.
to be honest keep reading mate, much worse things in this industry that need addressing with a higher priority than scriptassist... (y)

If that's what works for you yes, 10g today, 10 next week, 10 a few days later, etc

Or you can do 50g together and say 'please send #1 to specials, #2 to IPS, 3# to Newgrove, etc, etc

Or anything in between

Just received a free Newgrove branded re-stash jar after mentioning 'Smacksalad' to them via email

I have another script landing with them today (apparently no split delivery fees within the same month)
