You're both long-term members, I'll trust both instances as authoratitive reports - any single further verifiable/trustable report (here, by email, or on other platforms we're alerted of) will result in a seed warning being published on the listing in-line with our Public Charter.
May end up trying to justify breaking our own rules here if we end up with three examples of just a single seed, or premature ones. In general we may need to differentiate between 'occasional seed reported' and reports of 'ewmahgerd every bud has seeds'.
