Industry Strain support

Hi everyone, hope everyone is okay and staying well medicated.

im after some support im looking for a strain that will help me sleep and help with racing thoughts most likely from undiagnosed ADHD.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like you may have similar symptoms to myself and a couple of strains I've used to great effect in the last 18 months to help with racing thoughts and similar symptoms are Curaleaf High Silver (Super Silver Haze) which has helped enormously during the daytime keeping my mind in check without being over sedating which is a good blend for me .

In the evening I tend to use something a bit deeper in effects like currently I'm using Curo Black Cherry Punch to great effect sleep wise and recently used 4C Labs Goldberry too and I'm sure other members will pitch in with their recommendations but these have worked recently for me and are priced at £6.50/g and below .
