Thought it would help to make an easy to search thread where we could chip in and make a list of / chat about strains that work for us at bedtime

Just had the pave for the first time an hour before bed last night

Yep same haha, I suspect we could have a lot of affinity for strains based on what we've talked about elswhere here

Cookies and Pave in particular I'd say make me have that same kind of wonderful cannabis-induced sleep

I'm really happy with my pick of 3 for December order; the others being Mamedica® STG and the Peace Naturals® ASG - I've realised that both of those are heavy with Linalool and it's really helping already with the chest tightening feeling and anxiety. A terpine to prioritise in future I think

Mrs loves this she has all sorts of sleeping problems and it's a case of resistance is futile usually with this strain

This was my go-to for sleep for over 6 months.

Haven't tried again since the new batch came in, but I'm finding 4C Labs Sour Cherry Punch even more sedating at the moment - though definitely doesn't taste anywhere near as good.

I feel I might of been too quick to knock the new batch of Pave S1 ,probably because of expectations from the past ,I'd say it's definitely worth a try again as I've seen two pots of the new batch and the second looked better than the first pot and my wife is a good gauge for sleep/pain and is well happy with it on both levels.

The 4C Labs Sour Cherry Punch will be going on a future list as a few reports I seen say similar to @Muiredach on the effects and I love one that's sedating for my last vape.

I’m finding Pink Kush somewhat effective atm. However, I think there are better sleep strains out there. I’m going to try a prescription for Pave next.

That'll knock it up a notch for certain , as you may of seen patients are getting great results with the Pave S1 at the moment.
