a top tip with AVB is to use fractionated coconut oil

too form a suppository maybe mixing the resulting tincture with kappa carrageenan would work but i never tried

It was NOT MCT oil. All coconut oil has MCT in it, but now I know what I am going for and it will end up as an oil and not a solid in future.

Please, pass on any tips but I do have just under 1lt of AVB canna oil to get through! I am smiling as I type this. It is actually over 750ml.

I get it is not going to be like the oil I buy on prescription, but I have to reign it in and save some money!

Lol! I did my best to get good photos. I failed. Booked one. So am waiting to see if I feel anything or not. I put the rest of the oil in the fridge. I have quite a few suppositories a d I can start production again another day. I am happy with the outcome. They turned out physically exactly how I hoped.

If you're not one to be out celebrating and you're not a fan of the usual New Years TV dross that shows up this time of year. Smack Salad's stream has been very chilled all evening. My Mrs has even let me put it on the big TV haha.

I'm not really a New Year gaga person either, I was pleased to sleep for 6hrs and 45mins though! Despite delightful citizens letting off fireworks from 1130 to 0230, resultant kids screaming, dogs barking up and down the street. A few nutters doing donuts on the mini roundabout up the road too so a real sense of community celebration was felt!

Yup that T36 is nice, effects that is, tasted of zilch to me. Wobbly everything results.
