🌞 What Are You Consuming Today?

Morning folks 👋 I took some stuff to the tip yesterday and it wasn’t heavy but I must have twisted or something because my back has completely gone. So owing to that I’m starting the day as I mean to go on, glued to my heat mat with a couple of bowls of flapjacks. Which I have to say is really winning me over. Great pain relief, muscle relaxing, nerve calming, and so so tasty 😋 it was nice enough out the bag but a few days with boveda and wow! Happy Monday people here’s to another great and beautiful week on planet earth 🙏😁

Take it easy mate and thankfully you've got a decent pain strain to try an ease the pain and it's so easy to strain yourself especially while twisting even with minimal weight🙏
Good to see your still positive mate 💚👊

Snap! Ish..

Phant Ghost Train Haze for breakfast (with a bit of medicinal fruit to go with it), really needing something to help me get into the day at the moment and I always find a good haze and a pint of tea is perfect for the weekend first thing, really blocks things out. Not helpful for work, but otherwise can't beat that head full of cotton wool feeling

I've had a similar thought of getting into the garden today, even if it's just in the polytunnel breaking up sticks for next year's fires.

Going to set-up a temporary garden cave I think. Speaker, pint of tea, venty, flower mill, and a bag of haze, jumpers for goalposts, marvellous
There are so many times I don't join in conversations because it is just above my pay grade. But in my world the medicinal fruit would be cubes. Maybe libs, but I have only had minimal experience with the latter.

@Lank72
I think society give us a lot of 'rules' about food (as it does with too many things), when to eat, what to eat, etc, 99% of it is either unnecessary or unhelpful I've found personally

Best to try and eat healthily but otherwise I now try to listen to my own body in terms of frequency, quantity, quality, type, format, etc etc

And on the rare occasions if I'm out I'll definitely avoid the 'normal' mealtimes so as to avoid the people
I am so with this. I don't like to follow anyone unless it is you and @Dooby Doo in regards to strains and setups. I might do me too much, if there is such a thing.

Just starting my first bit of meds of the day with the hope of being more productive in general and just a bit of Ghost Wreck Haze to take the edge of me but I am noticing most of strains are leaning towards relaxing so a bit of self control may be needed from moi:eek:😅

I downed some oil last night after reading about brownie exploits on here yesterday and it did a job on me 😅

I tried some Cherry Cheese Cake yesterday and practically had to force myself in the garden to do a bit 😂 straight away I felt relaxation spread down my body so probably no good for when I need to be active but It'll great for the rest of the time 🙌

Starting with Ghost Wreck Haze again here and with the if it's not broke don't fix it saying ringing loud!
I need these strains in my life! 💖🐻💖

Cheap and effective being the emphasis here but I'm enjoying using both of these strains and especially the Ghost Wreck Haze which is suiting me and doing a job only a few strains can do for me as easing me into the day but not being overly stimulated one way or another early doors so I can approach the rest of the day with clear focus but mildly relaxed but also still motivated so on that note it is a godsend to me🔥

You are absolutely selling me on this strain! Also, thank you so so much for this group. I am struggling today. I feel a bit shit. I have a hole on the side of my face. I had a mystery blister appear on the side of my face Saturday morning and then it popped. It is freaking me the fuck out.

Funny thing is I was in SDEC at the hospital when I discovered it and they just said go see your GP about it. Which for obvious reasons I couldn't do. I take my cues from the people around me, they said go to your GP which was basically saying they weren't concerned.

But Les made the fatal mistake last night to tell me I had a hole in the side of my head. My Autistic self then had a meltdown at 11pm because I have a hole in my head and no amount of rephrasing could shift the horror of that statement.

I am left with the after affects of believing a dramatised sentence.

I am on the Big Narstie. Which was cheap as chips. £4.50 a g. I love it. I can vape it low for the menthol and then up it.

The gratitude I have for this platform and the people here is beyond measure.

It was soothing to just come here and read what you are up to. You are my second family.

Today I am leaning heavily on you.

That's it , a bit of chit chat and a few ideas spun around amongst us of what is working for us all and sharing news on whats happening and before you know the day is through and on the tougher days that simplicity can make all the difference distracting us from the problems/issues in our lives and mixed in with a bit of support from the group it gets many of through to the next day with a bit of positivity 🤞 💚

This is the way!

I'm mostly consuming Mac-1 this morning, bad distributed pain and overall yuk day, so will switch to something stronger soon.

I'm also watching a bit of Fast Show, laughing helps me a lot, I do it every day for the endorphins, our body creates these "feel good chemicals", laughing stimulates production.

Cheers mate! Yeah it sure is, especially with a dodgy disc, as I’m sure a lot of us less youthful folks have found over the years. One false move and the whole lot locks up and the pain is incredible! But I just woke up at gone midday so fair to say the flapjacks did its job admirably! Happy days 🙏😁 and the positivity I credit to the flapjacks too in all honesty 😅 now time for a bowl of you guessed it… 😄
