🌞 What Are You Consuming Today?

I am trying to make capsules. I was up for a few hours at dawn with stupid pain and was hitting the Sourdough and BNM hard. I am out of caps.

I am waiting for him to move. He has just done the getting up turning around and sitting back down thing.

I am going to hit the Sourdough and make up some Peace Naturals® GMO Cookies caps.

He is beautiful! We had a white floof ball in UK, she sadly passed at a good old age, a real character, very social, would visit neighbours and ... the vets & railway station way down the road!

Different day, different problems, you know how it is ;) Admin overload this morning, effort overtook my energy supply so crashed with CFS & PEM.

I'll fill your caps if I can borrow your cat 8)
