As for powers and YouTube I'm afraid my social media presence is very limited and literally here in the forum were you are free to post your videos and what you will of seen we do here is add review videos to the main database and then they get displayed on the main User Interface where each individual reviewer has there channels med reviews and social media links but the videos are limited to medical canna product reviews but when its it's a video like what you are suggesting doing it would normally go in the Patients on YouTube thread within the forum .
If you want to make a thread with any vid you make on a certain topic feel free and then maybe the discussion generated by it by yourself and other members will attract more attention to it I'd imagine 🙏

Have to start with Mac-1+ early as feel like :poop: warmed up this morning 8)

Had 4 hours sleep with a 2 hr awake period, that tends to knock deep sleep ( and REM) on the head for me.

We all need deep sleep. The vital process of autophagy where cells are cleaned, junk is trashed, all cells repair and throw out the rubbish ( literally) and all kinds of other servicing is at a peak level during those deep sleep periods. My MCAS ( it's becoming clearer that's what Long Covid is) also reduces deep sleep as does Cannabis, particularly orally, so it's a fine line to get enough into my system for me to sleep ( some, any!) but not enough to depress these vital functions too much.

Didn't get it right last night, 0200 woken by some noise outside as very windy, had 1.5 full T2 bowls of CannFX PM, guaranteed knockout still for me, yay another hours sleep.

Woke up very medicated and feeling like a wet dishcloth 8) Maybe one bowl would have done it!

Yea already found them thanks, seem to send by DHL, thats a no unless they use the service that can be redirected to local collection point, I'll ask them. I see some CBG stuff in UK but the sites look decidedly dodgy.

Say's Parcelforce (Royal Mail) on ma box.
I don't think they send free seeds on international orders which is lucky ;)

I do need to stock up I'll have to see what they got at the CBD Bros. local shop aswell..

I know CDB Bros very well 8) Been using them since they started. Only CBD I believe, tho are doing some mushroom now.

Royal Mail, mm that would be favourite, I expect they'll let me know. Thanks!
 
Made a huge shepherds pie yesterday and having that for dinner tonight and possibly tomorrow… Serious munchies going on after 0.5g space cake. Will move onto morning sun at some point in the evening. I’ve got some other strains to pick from but just enjoying rotating these 2 at the moment

Love a bit of shepherds pie 😋 and my appetite has gone into overdrive compared to usual recently and I've just got back from a short dog walk and ate two pies with the thought of I wonder what to have for tea 🤣

Hoping everything's ok after reading @PeaceLoveBear was in hospital when last posting🙏

Corrrr Shepards Pie with a slightly crispy top! 🤤🤤

On the Together GMO Cookies at the moment, 69% Boveda did its job quick time! Not my kinda terp profile so won't order again but it's effective for aches and restlessness I'm finding ☺️
 
Started on the Emergen-C today and stayed on this until I got home a bit ago, then jumped on the Cap Junky, I'll be on this a bit longer then the Original Blitz and Sourdough to finnish the night off
