Usage whilst in education.

So, as a relatively new canna med user I wonder where would I stand for using whilst at college?

I'm 47 and have been in college since September (so not the typical aged college student) I became a patient earlier this month. As I'm now legally prescribed, should I be ok in using this (according to their vaping/smoking policy) while studying? Especially with their no drugs policy !

I haven't plucked up the courage to speak up about it yet in case it gets a bit awkward.

It is medicine, they should help facilitate your usage if you would feel awkward smoking around other students. Nigh on 30 years since I was at college, we used to sneak to the church over the roads gardens, nobody used them.

It should be treated as any other medicine as that is all is is in this case but also common sense has to prevail at the same time and I'm sure there is guidance on this .
Vaping/smoking and drug policy really are irrelevant when you look at it through the prism of a medicine as you will be following your doctors orders .
I will try and find the guidance as there is usually something you can print off and carry with you that will show the law on such matters to relevant people but personally I would still be pretty discreet in your situation but definitely would be medicating in a correct place .

Thank you both. I have smelled on several occasions people smoking weed nearby which is all to common but obviously I don't know if they're medicated by a Dr or self diagnosed.
