Im gonna make a guess. They have somehow classified the cough as a vape in some way. Thats why it has different limits but still a limited order number (6)
If I search the formulary there are no oils and vapes available and everything is classed as flower??
I will keep trying to break it.

mine i was able to add what i wanted an hour ago. signed back in and max 4. i had agreed at least a 120g limit.
They could be still sorting the issue out

I'll send them another email across nudging them to rectify prices, it's not as though it's one or two items, it's several across all formats

Funny how they're so slow to move on the reductions, but the increases always get done just fine!
