Regarding limits, is it 'cos we've not booked a follow on call after our first prescription?

I've ordered 2, I've 4 left and if I wait till the 10th it's 2 months from my first script, so the limit should up to 7 I think.

its possible, but you'd think they'd have built in a system prompt, for the patient to complete before they are able to order a repeat, in those circumstances

Your limit is currently set to 90g within a rolling 28-day period.
There is no fixed monthly reset date. Instead, each prescription counts towards your allowance for 28 days from the date it is issued. As older prescriptions fall outside of that 28-day window, your available allowance automatically increases again.
The limit itself has not changed today, however the app is now displaying the available allowance more clearly.

Yeah you can see a renewal date on each prescription thats where the portion of your allowance becomes available again

i have emailed them

along with quite a few others i have been shocked to find i have a limit of 4 products this month available. only 30 minutes after i was able to add 6 products to my basket

i hadnt been informed of any limit when i joined (in fact quite the opposite) and discussed i would need at least 120grams and access to vapes and oils. I was told that wouldnt be an issue and that was my agreed limit at Integro and i would never have moved if that was the case/I have been with Sunny for years

My condition is highly variable for example in the hot weather i was in extreme pain so used more

I need to know what my monthly limit is and what date this starts so i can manage my pain effectively please. as June seems to be a potential write off for me now. do i have 40 for the entire month or does this reset to 90 on a specific date? i need this information before i decide next steps

I have brought around 15 patients to you since moving and feel let down. 3 of them have messaged me this morning personally about this

12thy of may i bought 20g so 12th june 20 more will be avialable
20th i bought 30g so 20th i would have 90 available if i bought nothing from now

Rolling limits in themselves might be ok, but if it's just suddenly been implemented it's going to mess up a lot of people's medication situation

I've gone from being able to order 200g prior to 4:30PM (which I never do, or have done previously) to 30g as of now 4:45PM, and I have no idea if and when that will increase.

Getting a little fucked off with these changes without prior annoucements, it's rat behaviour!
