I'm not to concerned about the terpenes, I bought the ruby to vape at much higher temps, as I believe a lot of the hit is missing when vaping, we are not getting all those cabinoids until we near ignition point, easy to feel when you bong vs vape, hit is far superior in the bong on same bud, hopefully the ruby delivers, i'm sure it will!

Anyway he had a blow torch for many uses, he had these like glass tubes, the inside one you fill with flower, heat it up with a blow torch, then you put an outer tube over it, heat it up with your blow torch, pop it into the centre stem of your bong and inhale. 1 was called a Terpicle and the other a Terpedo . I'm not suggesting you buy one

The Titanium Matrix gets hot if you leave the ruby on too long, it dries the herb too much, it's best to use it up within 5, 10 mins as it can get harsh leaving it for longer, I just forgot to take it off the bowl for too long while I was doing something, it was like having a cold hotknife

I had mine at 275 and yes it seems to need heat soaking longer than what is said. I know lower temps give less vapour, this plays a part too. Higher temps more vapour, it still takes time to get the clouds you see online. I think a wider tube/hose is maybe needed for quicker clouds of vapour. My tube is pretty thin really but I can still pull well on it but it's an effort.
