The only appointment you will pay for will be your initial consultation which is £50.00. Ex-personnel of: British Army, Royal Navy, Royal Marines, Royal Airforce, Police, Fire Service, Ambulance Service & Coast Guard do not pay for any appointments).

You will still be required to have reviews of your prescription when necessary, but these will be free of charge. Failure to comply with this request may result in a delay in your next prescription as we must adhere to good clinical practice by offering medication reviews when required.

We do not have any hidden costs.

I get very impatient at times, i now have the Cardiff CC page open, its gone up from 200 to 250 and the monthly drain of 33, but i reckon you can save the 33 a month by using different pharmacies, so then its 250 for Cannabis Clinic Cardiff against 50 at CB1 Medical for next year. I am awaiting my call back from cb1 but i have now waited an hour.... tik tok

CB1 Medical are now too big is my diagnosis, multiple doctors now employed on staff page, multiple voices in background of call, everything has slowed down, gone are those instant call backs and decisions. Still not got my call back and they close in 20 mins. I'm starting to feel like a releaf customer again.

Just wait. They are working until proper late most days afaik, on my review it was gone 6/ maybe nearer 7 when they called back.

Not sure i am in the mood to wait any longer, i pay these guys 500 odd a month and they dont even follow the price reductions on bud. If I am paying I want an instant service. This is the first time i have felt let down by CB1 Medical, but that's all it takes for me. I can see what is going on, grew too big to quickly, now we all suffer as a consequence.

This is what happens when you advertise yourself as the most affordable medical cannabis clinic. Whereas under Cannabis Clinic Cardiff's pricing i bet they dont have too many customers so the service will be way better.
