Ok it might be a bit much for you atm but I have a strain guide with 209 rated strains - its available on my YouTube channel (can't share it here unfortunately) you can find it on my account tabHe will be on his way
Dr prescribed Curaleaf royal moby t20 and quest grape cream cake T24. I then threw in another prescription for the lot420 apricot cream and cheese ( @GrownHealth fault)
I am still researching and reading everything I can.
I didn’t get going until early evening and had a few doses of the apricot and then went onto the grape.
I’ve 10g left of this prescription and then a review on 13th Oct
It will give you an idea of what people have rated specific strains and should help guide you in the right direction for the better stuff thats available atm, don't get me wrong some of the ratings are subjective/controversial but for the most part the ratings are a great guide for newer patients.

Well as soon as the consultation was over I checked the reviews and as I said in a previous post , I wasn’t sure about the drs recommendations but went along with it. I did have different things written down ready for the consultation but when it came to it I didn’t voice anything. I am happy with trial and error at the moment and keeping notes but I will have to nail down what I want and don’t.
