Absolutely sucks to read this mate. You've given them more than enough chances to get this right for you.

Medicann didn't even ask me for my discharge letter, I got it anyway but I never bothered to upload it. I assume you'll be golden without it, at worst they'll accept you with the caviet you send them it. its not uncommon for a patient to want to guarantee acceptable letters before asking for discharge letters from their existing clinics.

In terms of the formulary, it's complicated but its about 80% of the IPS formulary. It does work a little differently but @THCUK has been leading the charge and speaking to them frequently so he probably has a better idea on things that I do.
8 weeks, 22 emails and around 9 hours of phonecalls later... I finally have a script issued! 🥳

Just hope it's with you soon as and any problems are ironed out now for the future as that has been far from simple and exhausting

Yeah, that's what I hope, too! In the meantime, a friend I cautiously recommended a couple of weeks ago is happily slurping on his first order! Smooth sailing from now on, I hope. Just need the Sourdough to come back on... 🤞🏻

I'm just looking at my new prescription and apparently I can send it to any of these pharmacies:

Does anybody have any experience of ease or difficulty?
I have never used the drop down menu there as you can only request products that are available at Montu so not much point as far as I can tell but I have emailed to split my script between pharmacies a few times to get items that are unavailable at montu and no real problems. The script goes to montu, then they forward it on, so it takes a bit longer, and sometimes errors have been made as the prescriptions are hand written, For example the rosin carts were not at montu, so I requested them from IPS. They originally wrote it for 2x ECSD, when I requested a GMO and Slurricane, so I emailed Alternaleaf and they got it sorted and the correct prescription sent out. So it’s not utterly flawless as to be fair they may be prescribing products they are not intimately familiar with, but I can attest to the fact that it works about as you might hope and really opens things up. It’s not often I want or need to use the functionality but it is nice to have. Again if a favoured again is out an montu, you may have luck elsewhere.

Thanks, that confirms what I thought that irrespective of which pharmacy is selected the catalogue is Montu. I'm happy with the Montu list at the moment but it's good to know that I can split the prescription if I want

Yes montu are quite good really and have a big selection most of the time but it is nice to know you can request basically anything off MedBud if you really want or need to 🙏😁

Brilliant news! 🥳I hope it’s good after all that waiting and hassle you deserve it! 🙏🔥💚
Well, half the script was correct, so that's not too bad! Loving the Aurora® EHD cart. It's a bit of a shame that they sent the new format Curaleaf Que carts, rather than the 510s I requested, so I'll have to buy spend another £18 on purchasing the appropriate device and having it delivered, if I want to use them. I asked that they comp me a device, but they refused 🤷‍♀️
I have my first review tomorrow, so we'll see how that goes...

The Aurora® is pretty decent, although I thought 76% will be more like a hard kick in the head. It's pretty mild. But lovely. I am trying to go for the Aurora® Sourdough now, for comparison. Still got drops of the EHD from last month!

Its the nature of that strain not to give the kick in the head feel where as the Sourdough is more of a thug with the head:ROFLMAO:

Nice. Membership down to £5 a month and service seems to be good again. I just had a question about something while filling out my repeat on the portal, opened the chat and I was connected with someone helpful and friendly within about 30 seconds🙏🔥

£60/year and no postage with service level improving.
Great to see clinics dropping prices 🙏

Ok so Alternaleaf have just delayed my prescription request, to inform me of further delays unless I amend my request to products from their partner pharmacy Montu. I know this is seemingly worded as a friendly heads up but the timing of it, whether intentional or not, means it is functionally a steering mechanism and surely non-compliant? They have not made any attempt to inform me of this policy change prior to this. And honestly to paraphrase the great and wise Roy Keane, "Ignorance is no excuse". He was talking about breaking football laws there, otherwise known as 'a foul', but I think it applies to prescribing laws or guidelines too. (I have obscured names for obvious reasons).

"Hi patient,

Thank you for your prescription request.

Your prescription has been written for the Montu items and sent to your pharmacy. However, please note that as per our new policy, we can only prescribe products listed on the Montu Formulary (stock list). Any flower not on the Montu formulary and requested from an external pharmacy will need to go through a review process, which can take 2-3 working days. To ensure continuity and reliability of supply, we recommend selecting flowers from our formulary. Cali-X Biscof T24 and Cali-X Xkittles T26 are not Montu medicines.

Please let me know how you would like to proceed.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Kind regards,
Alternaleaf "

'we are making your fees cheaper but have found another way to make the money back'

I would find it hard not to reply something nuclear like 'i'd like to proceed to a different clinic'

Seriously though if you are (understandably) pissed off I would wait until tomorrow before doing anything
