If you've got things on the horizon taking your attention I hope you take it easy and you're kind to yourself. Try and find 5 minutes to give to Christmas enjoyment if you can.

If you don't celebrate Christmas, I hope you enjoy every bit of the free time you have enjoying what ever is you do most.

Merry Christmas everyone, it's also my dog's 15th birthday today - he woke up to gold top milk and raw eggs for breakfast

My family are all abroad this year, but I've got a guinea fowl dry brining downstairs that's going to make for an epic roast between us - with taters, carrots, parsnips, dripping gravy, red cabbage and yorkshire puds

Just returned from a lovely dinner and time to relax again now.

Cherry Mistmas again I'm actually still cooking, had my dinner on low and slow for a few hours now - just ripped off the tin foil and cranked up the temps to sear/colour everything properly, while basting with duck fat I've been syphoning off all the juices for hours building up my gravy.

I'll say this to everyone else too, it was a rocky start to the day - and I took the nuclear approach by pushing through our server move. Seems like the right decision so far

as your a wee bit more experimental then me in the food department lets say

These two are whacked out after the madhouse that it was at my mums and they have a tray of leftover meat for tomorrow

Something needed to happen when the site is crashing and the cloudflare issue is/was becoming a pain for users and hopefully this addresses a few issues

Ahah, it's that time of year - I have a leg of lamb in the fridge still too, think Tyro will be eating well for a few days.

The migration almost went too smoothly, I expect some kind of bug/oversight to crop up next couple of days. Either way, we're on far more stable ground for the long-run.

I'll skip on the rodents too I'm not fussy with meat, fish or veg - but I'm likely to grumble about processed food
