Intros Bad experience with Medicann stay clear

Myself and a friend started onboarding with them in January, I had my first call on 11th February and was told I was suitable and would get a email within 48 hours, I heard NOTHING despite chasing a couple of times, so today I emailed again, within minutes I was logged out of the app with a message saying I had been discharged!

So emailed again and was told I wasn't suitable!!
My friend also chased them today and got same thing, utter joke of a clinic, if I wasn't suitable why didn't they inform me?

Anyway I'm looking for other recommendations, budget friendly if possible

If you decide to go with this lot, don't do anything to upset them!

Sorry to hear this mate, bit of a bummer for you and your friend. I don't know why myself this has happened but hope you get something sorted soon . Theres CB1 Medical with a one off payment of £50 for lifetime membership with the clinic or there's Curaleaf you could try.

This is sad to read from someone trying to access MC and I imagine has left a very sour taste in the mouth

I'd also add in a couple to look at as in Integro/ IPS and Alternaleaf/ Montu with budget in mind in addition to the two mentioned above

Thanks for the reply guys, what annoyed me was being told I had been excepted (which I was or they couldn't of sent a discharge email), simply because I politely asked what I needed to do next as I had been waiting a while.

I've heard this happen to a few others.
I guess they cheap for a reason.

I like the look of IPS pharmacy, so will email a couple of clinics, fucking annoying when you are actually paying for the service (even if indirectly)

Doesn't surprise me at all given when others have shared. You really don't need messing about when trying to access medication

Hope you get with a good clinic and it all turns out for the best

IPS pharmacy is pretty alright indeed! Never had major issues ordering from them, just the occasional 3-day wait when something is seemingly in stock but actually it isn't

Part of me thinks Im finding this alot more hassle than its worth, looking at fees etc.............GYO is suddenly looking very attractive!
Not sure yet but currently 50/50 on whether I will bother, I thought BM was a hassle! emailed a couple of clinics and being told anything upto 8 wks, ive gone 5 or 6 already so for me personally the benefit of being legal, when ive been using for decades, is loosing its appeal.

Might see if I can find my old GYO gear

I'd highly recommend giving Integro a go, they use IPS and are very fast. Their customer service is great too.

I've not been given any strength restrictions and I can get 70g a month. Could probably easily ask for more but honestly I only order that much a few times a year when they have price reductions or something, I only really get through 30g a month anyway so it's not needed for me.

Nah, they slipped up in an email when I pushed them for a valid reason, said the second call with Dr raised red flags, I pointed out that I hadn't had the call yet, which is why I was chasing them. Mentioned the 3 of us would be reporting them and sent that from my official email account , they have tried calling but I haven't answered.

Anyway that's the end of the journey for me. I wish you all well
