I have one tomorrow. They just said it's a quick call just to see how your settling in and if you have any questions

If you put in any prescription it's going to take a day or so to clear. I've never been knocked back. And when my THC limit was too low they just increased it over the phone as I have used the higher THC strains.

Thankyou all for your help and positive suggestions. I'm looking forward to my proper start of my MC Journey. I've waited since I first started using Cannabis 45yrs ago 😂😂. Isn't great when you have waited soooo long for Cannabis to be legally, so to speak, financially available.

Reading these posts, if I was starting now I would definitely go with that £50 deal. I'm already £225 in to my first year with Mamedica® so probably not much point switching for me now. Hopefully will encourage other clinics to drop their follow up prices.
 
Thanks for the help, I am now starting to de-stress, it's been a stressful 11/12 months and stuck with them because it was the first clinic connected to GLO. PHEW. It was great choosing my meds with the Dr. The other clinic you didn't get that, you were dicated to. If I have an emergency and need money quickly which leaves me short, I can adjust my prescription accordingly 😁. Everything me and the doc picked I'd already done my homework on my strains, I know what works for me. Different if your a newbie I guess. WOW 😂😂 I'm free 😂 💸

Well done you won't be disappointed. Quite a few benefits being with them. If your new to MC expect the doc to pick your flower with you. I'd look at the CB1 Medical, look within your budget for flower you know that works for your Conditions, look at the compounds within the flower to help make a choice. There is a graph next to most flower on MedBud and that divides the goodies within that strain. Have a note pad ready with any questions you may have. They may start you on low THC but because it's low it doesn't mean it doesn't work, you can get some nice Lower THC flower, if you need more or need to go higher the next month let the doc know when you have a follow up in 28 days time after your first consultation. It's not an interview so no need to worry 👍

This is beautiful to read ,one member taking the plunge after reading other members experiences followed by another member taking inspiration from their account of it and then acting in their best interests. ✊
 
I think it’s so important to be able to pick your own flower especially if you are paying for it
Quite right, I put myself Into debt having Consultants choosing my medicine where I had no control or input. I explained this to my new consultant and he was cool going through meds that work for me on my budget for this month, well I went £15 over but some nice choices 😁 and it's my Xmas and New Yr meds hehe

I am going to state what releaf gave me vs what I needed, and am going to ask them to let me choose the product as this is why I’m leaving releaf. I'm happy to use the cb1 pharmacy initially but really want to be able to choose. Happy to discuss with them and take suggestions, but ultimately i want to decide. As a lifelong user now in my 60s I sort of know what is needed! I made an enquiry phone call to them about moving owing to the need of choice and got the feeling this would be fine, will update after the consultation of Friday. Having been through the process with releaf this time I’m going in stating my needs more firmly, nothing to lose, much to gain.

Some need guidance and some guidance has helped myself or opened my eyes to using CBD but ultimately I want to be in control of which products/brands I use and when.

I was able to decide with my doctor as he knew I had knowledge of the strains that work for me, we discussed many but I was the one who said yes that will be good, as I knew the strains and prices, especially prices, so because you are already a MC patient you'll be fine, I bet you get the strains you need and what work for you 👍😉. Write some strains and prices down beforehand and go from there 👍
 
Just had a phone call from CB1 Medical that one of my Flowers is short dated 31-12-2024 and would I like to proceed with it with a £10 Credit, or change that flower for a similar one. What do you think I said 🤔 🤣. My Prescription Flower will be delivered Tomorrow. Now that's an Excellent Service!! This would not have happened with my previous Clinic, I wouldn't hear anything for weeks and wouldn't be notified, nothing!!! not even a reply.
