Clinics CB1 Medical

Just had a phone call from CB1 Medical that one of my Flowers is short dated 31-12-2024 and would I like to proceed with it with a £10 Credit, or change that flower for a similar one. What do you think I said 🤔 🤣. My Prescription Flower will be delivered Tomorrow. Now that's an Excellent Service!! This would not have happened with my previous Clinic, I wouldn't hear anything for weeks and wouldn't be notified, nothing!!! not even a reply.
What I meant to say is, if there was an issue with a flower on my prescription at the pharmacy, the prescription would be sent back to the clinic and you could wait up to 10days for a doc to sign another prescription and then it would have to be posted back to the pharmacy, I wouldn't know what's going on in this time and you couldn't phone a Human to try and find out. It was a horrible service for patients. Everything started off OK with them and it was an uphill struggle thereafter.

Mamedica® took full price for GMO dated 6th jan.

That's a bit unfair mate.
I've had Flower a month out of date. The pharmacy Xeal put a little sticker over the date with a date a month forward. It was made to look so you didn't notice, but hawk eye here don't miss a trick 🤣

Sounds kind of familiar, experiencing a sort of vagueness at the moment ,just want to get mine paid for an move on ,I'll be happy once I've got an invoice but script was only rewrote yesterday and has to be sent to external pharmacy so hopefully should be done soon enough.

I think Clinics should have an in-house pharmacy or across the road or same area as the Clinic. This would help patients a lot.

Why can't Prescriptions be sent electronically?
Mine is when its inhouse . Has been all year I understand since January. Not sure about electronically to another pharmacy but in this day an age it should be .
While there was an update to legislation on electronic prescribing recently, controlled drugs still can only be dispensed when a hard-copy FP10 prescription is received at a pharmacy. There's no compliant way to dispense right now without physical scripts.

It would help Patients Mental Health & Wellbeing.

I understand why, the only way around this is all in-house.

For now, hopefully legislation will change in the long-run - this policy delays most prescriptions by default by 1-3 days waiting on sending/receiving post. Electronic scripts would improve so much for patients.

It takes a lot longer with some Clinics.

Had my first after care consultation with the nurse. Spoke about how the vapes cause my migranes to worsen as a lack of terpines to help is notciable and i hope they are looking to more solventless in future lol.

Basically I'm getting on well. She was happy with my progression and working on lowering my pharmaceuticals from my GP. So no more check ups needed until a years time. And opened up the formulary more for me. But I tend to order from the spreadsheet so nothing new

Did get some of the mixed berry 10mg pastels to try myself before my nana is to go ahead and sign up. Then I can report back and let her know how they go great with trifle and some Southpark episodes 🤣
