Hello everybody,

I thought I'd start a thread to discuss the new CB1 Medical app as I am currently having a few issues with it and I'm guessing others will too. So we can have a little place to help each other through the transition to the new system!

This is more of a rouble shoot to make a user guide for new users

I'll start with my issues in a new post below to show the layout style I feel could work best for people trying to help

What does THC limit reached mean?
And where did all the strains go?

I am currently trying to request some medication as part of my monthly allowance, I added a new strain to my basket and when trying to add a second that is 20+ % I am given a THC limit reached message instead of it saying add.

Also the strains offered on the repeated prescription page is quite limited compared to looking at the formulary we are used to seeing also the stock levels all seem different from the original formulary.
 
Trying to install on pc but saying you have to install on phone first.
When I try and install on i phone, the google account on the phone is tied to an old email account that we cant access any more ,so cant install it on phone either as cant remember password and cant get access to where they would send new password link to.:unsure:
 
Sofar the issues I have had.

my first prescription:
The vape cart I ordered was out of stock ( Upstate blueberry kush) changed for vida blueberry cookies and happy with the alternative.
It did put my first delivery behind a few days.

Second request from my prescription:
delivery was perfect and super quick. Well packaged ect.

Third request from my prescription:
App Issues phoned and seem to be getting resolved will update tomorrow with the outcome.

Any issue I have had has been fixed as soon as they have been made aware. I cant falt the clinic, even my issues have been a good experience to get resolved. No bouncing from person to person. Just a quick call and a chat.
 
I downloaded the app the other day and have just got it sorted out. They said I'm eligible for medical. I've updated my ID and my doctors details. There nothing else it's asking me to do. How long have you been a customer for rainbone.

I joined around start of last month before the app launch. They have been a great service. The dr I spoke to was really knowledgeable and was more than happy for ne to check out what strains they had on their list and place my order as I needed new strains to try as I work out the best for my issues

Super nice team to speak to also when you need any advice or help
 
Thank you. Are you a new patient or did you move from another clinic. I'm just wondering how long it will take for me to speak to a Dr as im new to all this thanks.
I was a new patient first time on the medical side of the line.

I was seen within a few weeks it didn't take long at all to be fair. With their integration into the NHS it made having details on hand so much simpler also.
 
Do you know how long the phone call takes and who do you have a Dr appointment with. Is it like a zoom one or in person. I've only just registered and done all the app 2 days ago ISH. I haven't used weed for years, about 6 years but broke my ankle in multiple places in 2021 also was pinned and caged and have ligament damage to. All at I have COPD and just want to come off painkillers asap. Thanks for your knowledge tho

I haven't used weed for years, about 6 years but broke my ankle in multiple places in 2021 also was pinned and caged and have ligament damage to. It'll be a zoom call ,mine personally took 10 or so mins with Mamedica®. my wife's appointment is with an Dr Simon torduff I think his name is.,got a phone call next day
She registered online got a phone call next day to arrange appointment just less then three weeks away
 
It's just a link they send you to start a video call. Took around 20 min just discussing few things about my medical history and my past use of cannabis as a medicine. Very relaxed I had Dr Simon Torduff, he was a lovely man to deal with.

With the COPD they may look at going the tincture route to save your lungs from vaping as the complications of COPD are bad enough without introducing vapour when a more medical option is available. They have a wide range of oil strengths and mixes they also have some capsuels and lozenges with a different mix of THC and CBD in them. Though the capsuel and lozenges are only a small selection the tinctures would be what I'd think they would reccomend

Don't be afraid to make sure you voice any concerns or any preference options you would like to try, or to ask to browse the list more before committing to a prescription purchase.

They have been super easy to deal with sofar for me personally
 
Update:

I got a notification from the app this morning to say THC limit has been updated I forget the actual wording.

Still didn't work for adding more than 1 flower choice.

Phoned the clinic and they took my order over the phone as they are aware of issues for some patients getting it to work.

So if you do have issues don't hesitate to ring and request to speak to them over the phone.
