You will still be required to have reviews of your prescription when necessary, but these will be free of charge. Failure to comply with this request may result in a delay in your next prescription as we must adhere to good clinical practice by offering medication reviews when required.

We do not have any hidden costs.

Is this clinic just for armed forces ,police ,fire and emergency services or is it available to everyone at the £50 a year cost? Had a look but still no clearer.

In theory if it's on your formulary (in stock or not) you can send it to Newgrove who will charge you the Newgrove price for the med and they have discounts a lot of the time and have Therismos Ghost Train Haze for £40 .
So in effect another option when your formulary is shallow (y)

I've just gone into my account with CB1 Medical and I'm now allowed 2 vapes on top of oil and flower. I've not been able to order any without seeing the doc.
 
The portal has been settling down today, occasionally displaying my orders differently. I doubt that the relaxation on limits will last, imo its just teething trouble for the new platform. Oh and no orders are progressing for me so this also makes me think they are still letting the dust settle.
 
Spoke to them this morning. Seems they are still mopping up. The portal does not necessarily reflect your order status. I had a delivery today of something that still says is being prepared. The delivery I had today was my latest order, I still have one in the pipeline from a previous pre-web portal order which i expected to get first.

They are getting there and orders are going out.
 
I got an email reply from them yesterday saying that the new portal was fully operational, but the email felt like Ai or a generic call centre type reply with little to no knowledge of the current situation. 👎
I had a reply this morning saying that they are experiencing dispensing problems and to bear with them?
 
Finding the new portal a bit of a pain myself and we're sat here expecting a parcel having paid for it but just no indication of whether it's been dispatched which we expect it would of been ,anyway fingers crossed it's dispatched and they get the portal running properly soon.

It took nearly 24hrs to except my prescription and usually it's a couple of hours.

Royal Mail always tell me I have an incoming delivery before CB1 Medical does.

It's a strange one as I had to ring as they had the credit from a product that we paid for last week and then became unavailable so we had to ring and manually pay the difference so I know we've done everything our end but it's just stuck in the cart and I can't access the formulary and it's requesting the payment as it was before we rang.

Anyway I'm not going to worry about it and am as much as anything frustrated I can't see the formulary whilst this is blocking things :giggle:

I have no problem getting on the formulary, after ordering/paying for mine yesterday, more flower has been added thats now under £5.50 🙃

I've had some belters below £50 recently just not from CB1 Medical 😅 but I'm curious as the Broken Coast range has dropped in price and could possibly be on CB1 and although Gamma they may be worth a dabble at the new prices (£3.95/g) and I'm learning after a long time time how to keep costs down with the odd treat as we have two patients in my house so costs can eat away at any income drastically.
 
Yep that's how it was earlier in the week when we requested it but like moon said last week it'll probably be buggy for the first week .
I took a look on the 18th, it was like looking at the old forumla, all products listed including out of stock, doubling the work load and frustrating, reading no despatch notices etc just makes it even worse, i loved the app, this is now just a ball ache. I am not playing the game so will ring them next week with my script. see my later post now done an order via site as can now click show only in stock and my allowance is now correct.

For those of you that found you could order more than your allowance, this will come back to bite you i fear once they are on top of the system.
