The only appointment you will pay for will be your initial consultation which is £50.00. Ex-personnel of: British Army, Royal Navy, Royal Marines, Royal Airforce, Police, Fire Service, Ambulance Service & Coast Guard do not pay for any appointments).

You will still be required to have reviews of your prescription when necessary, but these will be free of charge. Failure to comply with this request may result in a delay in your next prescription as we must adhere to good clinical practice by offering medication reviews when required.

We do not have any hidden costs.

Is this clinic just for armed forces ,police ,fire and emergency services or is it available to everyone at the £50 a year cost? Had a look but still no clearer.

Hi I feel the same, it’s so stressful. I put a repeat in on Saturday , paid and as yet nothing has been dispatched. We don’t seem to get any deals , I was told by the pharmacy that they pay full price so don’t often reduce etc. I had hoped the system would have calmed down abit now after the change but this isn’t good is it? Do we have to put in an order a week or two before we need it? I know I haven’t been here long so maybe I shouldn’t be moaning. Is the grass greener elsewhere ( it appears so) ……….
Nearly a week is totally unacceptable, its usually posted that day if paid before opening or the day after, after this time. I think and it sounds like they are losing that Patient touch

I feel the same @Dooby Doo but maybe I just ( in a short time) got used to ordering , it being accepted, a payment link being sent and then It being dispatched the same day or day after.
Is is teething problems or do we need to jump ship 🤷🏻‍♀️

Maybe teething problems, I've not had issues yet only the pricing, is your prescription sorted out? I put a prescription in Thursday and it was posted out Monday as the payment link didn't come through in time the next day.

Nope still not dispatched. I expected it to be sent on Tuesday but still nothing. I can wait luckily ( I have enough) but it does make me worry for the Christmas order. And I am also wondering will I now get a call saying that there is a stock issue after reading the above posts. We are on this journey to try and limit the stress partly aren’t we and I do feel this is stressful 😩 but maybe I need to get a grip.
In the meantime I am reading through the ruby twist thread 😂😂😂 ….. I may want one 🙊😊👌

I'm sure it will sort itself out and things get back up to speed but discounted stuff has recently been few and far between, on the ordering it should be getting back up to speed by now after the change of systems and I do remember we had no problems with them ordering for the Christmas period last year with them.

You have every right to voice your concern and it's not moaning it's being pro-active about your healthcare all said and done 🙏

I had a lengthy call with them and the new system is to cope with an expected increased demand, this worries me as it will be less personal and caring and no doubt more issues. My free year for moving to them is up soon, loathed to pay even the £50 for another year, also considering my options.

You don't have to pay the £50 per year follow up anymore.

They've just dropped the 50 quid payment mate and it was looming over my wife who had the same feelings about (y)

Good that takes the pressure off re finding another clinic, think i have now had my fill of CB1 Medical, just to many cock ups, now slow script authorisation and delivery, charged for out of stock, slow refund... time to move on. And btw CB1 i was one of your most loyal customers on these forums, but all this crap on top of the data leak, well you can't expect good feedback now can you!

I've gone to Medicann now mate, cheaper flower for me.
Yes CB1 medical sent out an email about the £50 being cancelled for existing patients, new patients a 1 off fee of £50 for life membership.
Medicann for me have a cheaper range that suits me, getting married in April mate 👍

Hi @Moon, yes , I spoke via email to them, last month ( I was requesting carts) and she gave me a breakdown of what I had ordered and when I could reorder so yes the 21 days I was aware of then but I think taking 3 days to get a normal prescription accepted and then two more days for a payment link is what has held things up. Before this new system it seems to be accepted straight away or at most the day after , same with the payment link and same with dispatch.
It’s tricky isn’t it. Do we stay or do we go 🤷🏻‍♀️
……. Oh yes , I am looking at the ruby and considering funds 😂😂🙊 it has to be done…. It’s just a matter of when 💪

The prices of discounted stuff is very appealing , I don’t know the ins and outs of requesting a prescription up to it being delivered though. The idea of jumping on the deals when they come is important for all of us on a low budget for sure 💜

Its pretty simple to fill in the Application mate, just have your records handy to upload. I've bobbed in and out of the CB1 Medical formulary the last couple of months and there's nothing around my price range without spending lots more. Over the year it mounts up paying that extra.
Im just waiting on my application being looked at then the consultation.
They have some cheap carts but I've not looked at the ingredients or THC/CBD levels but they have the sourdough in.
