Clinics CB1 Medical

Paypal are such assholes. They are always bullying people, organisations for different reasons, probably money involved, as usual. I don't trust them.
 
Well follow up booked for Mrs and script put in so looks like places are open again .
Great service gotta admit.
 
I ordered something not in stock the other day from CB1 Medical and just rang up and requested it and it's in the post now but this wasn't showing up on the repeats on the app.
I'd say ring them and explain what you want ,I find them super user friendly like this and they sorted it for me no messing ,I also understand some people don't like phoning but as I say these are really nice to deal with .
I've personally not requested an outside pharmacy yet but others have no problem .
 
Ordered three times.. first time rejected said was in stock on formulary but wasn't in physical. One part sent out successfully. ( Didn't rate at all ) GMO

Amended script and chose in stock product.
Paid before Xmas.
Received call today to tell me product isn't in stock now.

In all honesty this isn't a great experience all round.

Speak to a manager there, Anabel Sharma if you can. They delivered on time on xmas eve to me so I'm still keeping the faith..for now at least,
 
No issues with the actual service the team are lovely. I just think it's the stock issues and live updates for the consumer what is the problem. So far so good service wise.

Hoping it's just the app and them coming up with a live stock checker or something. 🧡

I think your right. Also Its this time of year, new app, I'm confident they will sort it for you.

Not great with apps myself but I have seen it improving since first using it and I find it becoming more reliable but the in stock is pretty limited sometimes I've noticed and it'll be good as it expands hopefully. (y)

Just went for a refund..instead of ordering something else and being told it's out of stock a week later 🫠.
Causes more stress than alleviates this MM. So far anyway. 😂
 
Had an email from CB1 Medical yesterday about my follow-up on the 13th of this month, if I run short of meds I can put my next prescription in so I don't run short. I found it a bit of a struggle putting my 60g script in as the only products coming up was my last prescription flower, one of them was out of stock and the GG4 by Curaleaf I didn't want due to being very poor flower. I decided the phone them. The receptionist was very helpful and understood the issue I was having, I can order anything from their formulary but on my app I can't because I've not had my follow-up Consultation but because I'm not new to cannabis and been a MC patient for nearly 12mths in total I'm allowed to choose my own flower even though im new to CB1 😊. The receptionist has put my 60g through for this month's prescription a little earlier as the 50g I was last prescribed, I'm going to run out before my next prescrition date and before my follow-up Consultation. That's excellent Service by CB1. I'm not due to receive my next prescription delivery until the 10th but because I'm going to run short before then and before my follow-up, I've been allowed to put my prescription through a little earlier 🤜👌.

Paid for my prescription today so I have rung them for an urgent delivery tomorrow.They will let me know at 4.30 if not I will have to wait while Tuesday

My next Script with CB1 Medical is 10th next Friday, but they told me to put it in a week before then at my consultation to avoid running out, basically they said order repeat a week before the repeat date. Anyway my app under repeat now shows 37 products available to order, they appear to be the same buds as on the formula list that are in stock.

What is annoying me is MedBud is saying new products are launched and available, but they do not appear to be available at cb1. I’m tempted to hold off until next week to see if the stock list updates with all these new products, but I suspect it won’t. I’m not desperate as gained a week or so bud wise by having terrible flu and being unable to consume!

I would like to try GMO Cookies, Pave S1, Bubble Bath, Sourdough but it looks like a long wait for these to reappear at cb1.

From my first CB1 script I would only take GMO t30 and L.A.Confidential again the rest were not quite good enough for me, and now the L.A is going low stock, which means I might have to order today! I never expected to get stressed out ordering repeats!!
