The only appointment you will pay for will be your initial consultation which is £50.00. Ex-personnel of: British Army, Royal Navy, Royal Marines, Royal Airforce, Police, Fire Service, Ambulance Service & Coast Guard do not pay for any appointments).

You will still be required to have reviews of your prescription when necessary, but these will be free of charge. Failure to comply with this request may result in a delay in your next prescription as we must adhere to good clinical practice by offering medication reviews when required.

We do not have any hidden costs.

Is this clinic just for armed forces ,police ,fire and emergency services or is it available to everyone at the £50 a year cost? Had a look but still no clearer.

CB1 Medical sound like they're in a difficult place right now, the data breach, moving away from ScriptAssist, inventory issues, Royal Mail issues, items not arriving with peoples prescriptions, it just seems to be issue after issue and I wouldn't like to be a patient of theirs right now 🤐🤯

That's why I jumped ship and on the plus side it looks like I've made the right decision because of the discounts that come along. I'm on a tight budget until the end of next month so its all come at the right time for me.

I get the feeling they've grown too quickly and didn't really have the right IT in place before hand, nightmare to handle!! I've only been with them for about 6 months but they've been great up to this month and I'm happy to sit the issues out for no clinic fees lol

Requested on wed midday (only 2 items 1vape and 1 10g flower) got approval wednesday eve and paid on the web. Got a shipping notice on thirsday and delivered friday. Placed another part order today (morning) and its been approved and i have paid.

Not keen on the pricing and lack of discounts but tye ordering process has been fine here apart from a few glitches on the new system.

That's how it should be but like you say better prices. Good service and it maybe their system is getting better again 👍 some people have had an awful time just lately 😕
 
I made a new order a week or so ago and it was rejected.

Initially I thought it might have been that some of my order was out of stock.

CB1 Medical used to tell you why the order was rejected, e.g. ordering too early, but don't anymore - not sure if was since going from app to website or the emails have changed.

So I rang their phoneline and spoke to two people neither of who could tell me the reason for rejection or tell me how I could find out.

They just suggested to reorder, I told them it made no sense since why would it not get rejected again... but they had nothing else to offer. Somewhat strange.

So I did reorder the other day and it got rejected...
 
CB1 Medical's formulary has filled with goodies for those waiting for the new strains to become available and there are a fair few with the new Cannfx strains, All Nations Pineapple Express and many more 🙌
