Welcome aboard, I find Indicas best for pain relief but different strains can have different effects depending on the end users endocannabinoidal system. I did find this with a quick google if you haven't already seen it?

My partner is a smoker and the Indica messes me up. I hate the taste and smell so definitely need oils or edibles. Indica makes me head heavy and I do not like that effect. How ever the high Sativa hash we got in Morroco was perfect.

Just looking and there are a selection of Sativa or Sativa Hybrid oils available at differing strengths and they might find this a good starting point if you were to let them know of your experience in the past although they may start with low dose as your tolerance will be low and may need building up .

Also to note with some oils you get CBD and THC and the CBD can counteract the negative(physcoactive) effects you get from Indica strains meaning you can get the cannabinoids that are needed for your treatment without the psychoactive element you dislike so maybe you could use Indica in a balanced oil but your clinician would guide you through this .

I will also add my wife used the T25:C25 Somaí Mint oil (began treatment on T10:C10) in treatment for Rheumatoid Arthritis and more specifically joint pain and inflammation and thought it worked at first then tapered off in effect so she stopped using it and we have seen the difference and reintroduced it in the last few days and it definitely in her case is providing relief without the foggy effects and she is quite clear headed on it .

Hey mate hope you're well 🙏
I have crps of both lower legs and have genuinely found that most if not all strains over 26% THC have worked wonders for me.

If I have a flare up I tend to use Indica during the day opposed to my usual daytime Sativa. If they get really bad I do have to use some bm oil, but usually the MC does the job. Hope you find pain relief and a strain that works for you 👍
