Desperate for some non-alcholic drink ideas....

My rec: this is the best instant coffee I have ever tasted.

  1. Lipton's Peach ice tea, less sugary than others and natural fruit sugar rather than refined
  2. Water
  3. Black tea with semi oatmilk
Because I always seem to need 3 drinks minimum on the go 🤔

Ice tea sounds lovely mate, esp when its not filled with sugar, like seems 99% of ready drinks.

We could do with suggestions for tea's as She doesn't drink coffee and gets really really bored of just Yorkshire tea ,so I might nick a few ideas off here and surprise her next time I go shopping.

My Mum would say 'Roobios' (or 'Red Bush') tea for a non-caffeinated and slightly different tasting tea.

If nothing else, I love 'Earl Grey' as my favourite black tea, or trying to find an Indian 'Chai' blend.

For teas otherwise, my favourites are 'Chaga' or 'Reishi' mushroom. Both of which I feel have genuine health benefits:

I would say I’m usually
1. Water or sparkling water
2. Belvoir Rose & elderflower squash
3. Yorkshire tea (for hard water) with plenish soya milk or black coffee, the occasional herbal tea at work if I’m cold 🙏🏻

Carrot orange and ginger with splash of cod liver oil n honey not the best but my dads made us drink this from birth
