Ice tea sounds lovely mate, esp when its not filled with sugar, like seems 99% of ready drinks.Because I always seem to need 3 drinks minimum on the go
- Lipton's Peach ice tea, less sugary than others and natural fruit sugar rather than refined
- Water
- Black tea with semi oatmilk

My Mum would say 'Roobios' (or 'Red Bush') tea for a non-caffeinated and slightly different tasting tea.We could do with suggestions for tea's as She doesn't drink coffee and gets really really bored of just Yorkshire tea ,so I might nick a few ideas off here and surprise her next time I go shopping.

If nothing else, I love 'Earl Grey' as my favourite black tea, or trying to find an Indian 'Chai' blend.
For teas otherwise, my favourites are 'Chaga' or 'Reishi' mushroom. Both of which I feel have genuine health benefits:
