I noticed that the strain you mentioned Charlottes web has a high CBD content so I am not sure if finding flower with a balanced profile would help.
Northern Lights is certainly a favourite of mine and the best example currently might be found in this strain. Altho pricey at £80
Which seems to be an NL#5 dominant.
