Oils higher dosage or more doses per day?

Hello all, i am looking for some help please

I use the Somaí 10/10 oil 3x per day when i eat, each dose is roughly 6 hours apart but i start to get some pain return after 4 hours.

Do i increase the size of the dose or do i increase the frequency and try to take the oil every 4 hours ?

the latter would mean i am taking the oil without food, does that matter ?

Sounds like one it's best checking with your doctor for medical advice but I'm happy to share my personal experience

I don't find that taking the sublingual is any less effective without food, but that could just be me.

I tinker with both dosage and timings if needed, but tend to take doses no closer together than 3 hours to ensure good coverage without going overboard, and move the increments up only 0.05ml per my doctors prescription dosage advice

thanks, i did speak to a brilliant Dr when i returned to CB1 Medical a month ago but unfortunately the phone line wasn't the best.

I will try to book another appointment and hopefully the line will be a bit better
