Thanks! Seems I do have that page. It lists the two prescribers with Newgrove’s delivery details inside each. No way to add or view an external pharmacy yet.

I'm now thinking maybe we have to ask for a pharmacy adding by phone or email then it will appear in the tab as the CB1 Medical on our app is just the default pharmacy as my wife is a patient with them so in effect the same as yours as that is your default pharmacy .

Yeah that does make sense. I will have to email them about this. But is this not against the regs to not show other pharmacies when ordering?

I get they are financially dependent on their preferred pharmacy. But it doesn’t feel like they are fully compliant, now the app is available and is the preferred method of ordering.

I suppose they are leaving it for us to chart the course for ourselves but once requested I know CB1 Medical have done this for others when directly requested, also on Cannabis Clinic Cardiff's app it actually asks you which pharmacy you require for each individual med so I suppose that's the gold standard to aim for

It really does sound like the gold standard! If they where £100 cheaper a year I think I would have swapped already. Wellford is starting to feel expensive, especially now that a lot of clinics have got cheaper and some of them now offer the same level of service as Wellford.
