To be honest all the clinics are basically the same, there's very little in it but like you I appreciate medicanns speed. It does make it obvious that they're just being a legal dealer but that's not my problem lol.

You'll be good when you've got a regular routine mate, I medicate 24/7 so it's hard for me to forget lol.

Yeah it was my night time oxy pain meds and diazepam I forgot twice in a week but heads been in the shed lately but think the pain would stop me forgetting and even have an alarm set our menu just doubled in size but no offers currently but diesel I thought the zip must of been open when I ripped it as stank but seemed sealed but nice stuff the one that’s smelt the most so far and got till end feb date

Just a bit of a heads up as to the way Medicann handle problems.

As many of you may be aware, IPS/Royal Mail fucked up big time and all IPS packages were kept back at Jubilee. From what I can see no prescription packages were sent from Medicann/IPS yesterday at all as a result of whatever is going on.

I dropped an email to Medicann yesterday and asked them if they could investigate things as it's clearly a problem with all of their patients expecting parcels. They tried to fob me off with contacting the courier as apparently it's down to me to re-arrange delivery (bare in mind, we're not re-arranging anything, it's still down the road from the pharmacy).

I reply, stating that this is clearly effecting more than just me and they more or less said that once its in the RMs hands its not their problem anymore. As you can imagine, this pissed me off a little. I then rang RM who told me it was still on track to be delivered by 1PM, this was at 4:30PM so I gave up there instantly seeing as they're unable to tell the time.

So, back to Medicann I went, ultimately if they choose to use an unreliable courier then this is what happens and it's their problem not mine. There's a reason pharmacies tend to use local delivery systems for traditional medications. Once again they fobbed me off (at this point I'm seeing emails on Reddit of others getting responses of Medicann saying they'll investigate, but they're not saying that to me).

So on the 3rd time of being fobbed off I've decided to escalate this and make an official complaint. Not for the fact things are delayed but for their clear shit housery with trying to ignore the problem.

Like most clinics, Medicann follow suit of blaming everyone and failing to look inwardly when their service goes to shit.

you pay money, you get prescription cannabis. They're the same. The pricing and CS may differ but they do the same thing and if you've been with one then you know how all of them operate.

I didn't mean they price and have the same levels of customer service, I thought that was pretty obvious because we were talking about operations but my bad if it wasn't clear!

Medicann have been far superior to both Releaf and Curaleaf. Releaf took over £500 from me, and all I got was broken equipment and ineffective flower. Curaleaf weren't bad with their service, but they prescribed me products literally days before they were discontinued and wouldn't let me place another order to have a backup whilst I looked for something else that worked.

Really don’t sound good I know few clinics just shut in the last week was reading something yesterday but I went with them as first free clinic here but one of the first clinics to start up as I did worry about joining then them not lasting especially as there popping up like tanning shops used to and our menu just doubled but no offers but loads new stuff

Medicann I’m with I’m not sure what the ones closing were just read they had basically left there patients in the shit and it said that new clinics are opening monthly but same amount are closing down im guessing was probably on here read it as haven’t really been on my phone unless it’s been shit had to deal with
But new one Anna think it’s called opened this week you should look the way they try advertising it’s so funny but like the advert on tv there’s nowhere it says what it is just them asking if it smells and if they have to smoke it lol

Yeah this is definitely up there with the Asg for quality if not maybe better but was 11 a gram when first came out then dropped to 8-8.50 then we had it down to 65 but because high stock not short date but yeah I assumed the zip was open but i couldn’t feel it open at all cant believe just ripping the top off let out that smell but took me back to a better place I need to be now that’s for sure… so il have to try be good keep it for my bed time one as still not managed to give that one up but think as used to falling asleep with half the blunt when it works otherwise I’m sure I’m actually using less but both my scales gone wack have to get some new ones but yeah it’s pretty perfect

I'd never pay £11pg, but this is probably worth that £8 bracket. I only got it because it was 65 like most of us though.

That’s good of the staff yeah the staff iv spoken to all been really nice not made me feel awkward as thought best to be honest about my bm use and if did that with most gps prob get a knock on the door
You would think now there’s advertising on tv and stuff they would realise maybe it actually helps people but to some it’s like you said the worst thing ever… and if it helps me not have to take my liquid oxy that eat a hole in my rug and took lacquer off a table if not taken it since even if needed it not if it eats though stuff f that il take my time realise tablets and my diazepam as I wouldn’t move without them but yeah wish drs would just get on board was glad they changed it so don’t have to have it on medical records but probably because the way some drs treat people and remove other meds coz of it but no that’s good the staff hopefully they get bought out so the staff can stay

No definitely didn’t need a boveda but I did just check even though I’d poured it out before I didn’t get one anyway did you as I’m some of the reviews sure read it had one in there unless its the pink kush but was sure was that one as I thought was good as so impressed with how it made the end of my carbon fiber stink in 2 days wish I’d had one in the tub from the start they should definitely put them in there with the smalls as mine were like lentils and had matured seeds and read about someone getting seeds in another lot since but as we all know gotta completely clean once get seeds so guess they haven’t if still got the issue
But yeah maybe was 2 batches of the diesel and one lot needed the boveda and they didn’t put in these as just perfect as it is but definitely have to grab some them there definitely worth it thought they were expensive when looking before used one but now have and seen what can do they kinda the opposite? To the bags you get with trainers and that and bags guess to keep them fresh or dry but yeah I couldn’t afford 11 and even 8 try to get ones they originally sold for more or reduced and now with boveda kinda know that the short dates will be ok as can bring it back and bm has no date

i have had a message from RM saying they have my prescription parcel at my local sorting office and will be delivering today before 1pm

This is the last thing we need as they have been 5 star from what iv seen and service iv Received so far as say I picked them not only as first free clinic but because they were one of the first so had all the contracts and pharmacies on board and so hoped I wouldn’t need to move as there was only 2 others I’d of gone to and now probably only 1 as keep hearing bad about the other so hope you get it sorted mate they must know you ain’t had your delivery though… the other person there’s was saying delivered so different issues so they panicked and think why got there reduced tub free but sounds like lots of people affected by this il see what chat gdp says
