I use a pollen press on the flower to make little discs before I press them in the rosin press, reduces contaminants if not using bags and makes life easier all roundMy mate Keif!!!
Also found when pressing kief if I let the pollen press heat on the radiator a little and keep on cranking the pressure the heads will burst and you can get oily hash rather than the other two consistencies I normally manage (Skuff or Brick).

I use bacofoil baking paper cause I'm cheap, you can spend £100 on a roll of fancy paper or a small fortue on bags, but a pollen press to condense the flower and baking paper works fine for me and the small amounts I press at any one time, I like it fresh
