Cheers mate! Yeah it sure is, especially with a dodgy disc, as I’m sure a lot of us less youthful folks have found over the years. One false move and the whole lot locks up and the pain is incredible! But I just woke up at gone midday so fair to say the flapjacks did its job admirably! Happy days and the positivity I credit to the flapjacks too in all honesty now time for a bowl of you guessed it…

Oh mate we could be disc brothers! I can never remember if mine’s 4 or 5 I was so distracted by the image from the scan at the time. Sorry to hear that at any rate the empathy goes both ways and that’s one way to do it Rugby for me. Knew I wouldn’t be the only one around here dealing with a bit of the old force lightning ️

No major physical pain for me today although my knee gave way on the stairs earlier. CBD only until I finish work mid afternoon and then a 1.5g mix of space cake and morning sun to ease me into the evening and hopefully another good nights sleep. After having a tolerance break last week I have had a big spike in consumption over the weekend (doubled) as I couldn’t resist my newly arrived strains black jelly and CMOG.

Sadly not as far as I'm aware @Co4ie mentioned there's no data coming through involving batch numbers or expiry dates which is a shame, wouldn't say I've based my recent purchases based on expiry dates but it helps knowing how long it has been sat around for before forking out X amount of money.

I'm mostly consuming Mac-1 this morning, bad distributed pain and overall yuk day, so will switch to something stronger soon.

I'm also watching a bit of Fast Show, laughing helps me a lot, I do it every day for the endorphins, our body creates these "feel good chemicals", laughing stimulates production.

Genuinely no idea mate, it is odd they have added areas to the app for information like terpenes but then removed expiry dates

Gotta say the Phant D1 for £55 looks a decent bargain as the smalls were pretty decent at £6/g

I'm expecting that GMO-MAC T27 around 1000 today, bit of a long shot as tubs seem very variable even if same batch but good possibilities in one cultivar, we shall see!

Meanwhile I won't partake until that arrives. Hell of a storm here 60mph gusts making the windows howl = crap double glazing. Air is full of sea spray, yet 500m away from it here.

I have the GMO-MAC, briefly, it's not brown and nasty, phew. Natural loose-ish formation, plenty of colour, MAC smells forward as yet, in the jar, stuck a 62% in. 51%RH when I opened a wee hole in the seal and pushed spot meter probe in, so not dry dry and certainly not freeze dried, some sticky inside the flower.

Pulled a chunk off, not big, in the T2 at high temp, vapes smooth, some flavour of MAC, cerebral hit in 5 mins, body effect building, pains going = good so far. Had a stressful mad admin morning, and this is also calming me. A result.

A few more mins in some "ooooo" from me. May do a review in the right place if I get the energy. Thanks to Medicann for getting it to me on time despite the Script Assist update high jinx.

EDIT 1350 - I had cleared that bowl in one , I just looked. A piece smaller than a pea just pulled off the flower has nearly floored me, it's crazy with my epic tolerance. I was in an over exhausted state but am still wrecked now. No pain, mind and body very laid back with Oscar Peterson.
