Oils Vertigo

Hi folks
I am 2 weeks in to my MC journey, taking a 10.10 oil up to 0.5 3 times a day. In the last 5 days of being on this, I having episodes of vertigo. Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice appreciated.
I have my first follow up consultation on Monday, so will discuss then.

I’m on the same strength oil and have definitely felt a bit light headed when I 1st started,

Everyone is different, but I was told to not exceed 1ml in a day in the 1st month and to build up slowly in increments of 0.1ml

That's interesting, thanks cornucopia x I wasn't aware of that. I am a complete cannabis virgin, so yes that is probably the cause. Thanks for your quick reply x

I vaporise flower, but yes, this is when I know I've taken too much. When I was starting out it was common, and is probably one of the major components of what's known as "a whitey" lol. But now it's very rare, and usually only happens very late at night after a particularly heavy day of vaping. Going to bed sorts it out, and it should get less frequent with building tolerance - for now just titrate your dosage down a bit until you get the balance between positive effects and unwanted side effects.
