Clinics CB1 Medical

Yep and it's nice to have a bit of a selection and each strain having a place and I've had both the smalls and the normal version of Strawberry Cake and the normal version is an improvement on the smalls for 50p more ,when available 🙏
Yeah I'd like to try a proper nug of this, i didn't try it a few months ago as I had the smalls and the T25 I think came along after me buying the T22 smalls, just my bloody luck 😅

Tis enjoyable 😋 and hopefully it'll be back soon and 4C Labs stuff doesn't seem to get the same coverage as it did when it first come on the scene but we have got the Blue Sunset @£6.50 to look forward too and maybe try the Acai Berry🤷‍♂️

I found the strawberry cake smalls very similar to the 4C Labs ultra sour, smells almost identical
 
I will ask on Tuesday as I have got to ring them as I paid for a script on Wednesday it was despatched on Thursday at 1.50pm and it never arrived. The tracking says Royal Mail are “expecting it” so it seems like it wasn’t collected or sent by CB1 Medical
I finally got a very unhelpful person on the phone and it turns out they took my order accepted payment and dispensed it inc a tracking number…. Without having any stock !!!

They may have had stock before they sent your script out, if they sent it, Have you had a delivery today?

No, there is no delivery. The flower was in stock when I placed the order, they confirmed the order and took payment and issued a despatch note the following day and the tracking number….. but apparently they never had the stock.
And today they refused to send it to a pharmacy who do have the stock,
 
I’ve only been with them 2 months and feel that I can’t move again… but jeez
Also there is only 57 flowers in stock on the new updated app !
Frustrating for you for sure!! Yes, I've just been scouting the New app myself and noticed this. Hopefully there will be more available soon as I'm nearing to putting in a new script.

This is strange and like how did this happen were they keeping stock on paper or something and I just hope things start to smoothen out as you really don't need this hassle having moved clinics for a better medical journey :(
Looking at the portal today it looks like it's just bedding in this morning and took over 5 mins to populate the products page for me with errors elsewhere on the site .

My request was also denied even though it states this in their own T&C's.... Feel totally let down by CB1 Medical recently, keep running out of medication way early every month and always way before my next script is even due as my doctor thought it was a good idea to basically half my intake to go onto MC, he also refused to give me any Tyson 2.0 products (when they were readily available in stock @ CB1) claiming that he won't endorse any products made by a rapist (this doctor now appears to have left CB1) since then I requested another doctor who I really didn't take to in the phone call, felt like he was biased from me switching doctors and his general demeanour just came across as very arrogant. I asked during the call/review If I can send my Script to a third party pharmacy such as IPS or Newgrove etc to take advantage of certain discounted meds to which he replied basically saying CB1 don't allow that and I can switch clinic If I want my script sent elsewhere (in other words F off) shortly after this the data breach happened and now the APP/script assist is having major issues,,, yeah I'm done, for the first few weeks everything seemed rosy but its went right downhill since then, kind of gutted as I genuinely believed cb1 to be a very decent clinic but too many issues for me in the short time I've been with them.

just checked and the app has now reverted to using the original V1

my prescription is now showing as "Delivered" !! and I have had no emails about the replacement that i had to swap to on the phone yesterday or the refund.

I just don't feel like CB1 Medical are under control, i don't feel like they would support me if i had an issues and i feel that they are a bit too laid back with the appointments and reviews etc

I’m beginning to get itchy feet I can’t deny it. Luckily as far as I know my data wasn’t breeched!

I am really not enamoured by their lack of communication to their PAYING customers!

I had to remove the CB1 Medical app and reinstall it this morning.

I'm the same, I checked to see if the formulary had improved of my old clinic yesterday as there communication was outstanding and I emailed to Cardiff cannabis clinic but they are not sure if i would be eligible as i am predominately a pain patient
 
Sounds some very frustrating experiences, and some similar to what I experienced with Mamedica® before deciding to switch - I'm so glad I did in the end

These clinics are supposed to be supporting us with the disabilities / long term conditions / struggles we already have, not causing strain themselves

I had the same problem signing in yesterday, I use biometrics to sign in and it said my email or password was incorrect and if on the 3rd attempt of signing in it said I'll be locked out of my account for 24hrs. I manual put in my details and it excepted my sign in details, now it excepts my biometrics again. It sounds like you and others are having a nightmare with CB1 Medical. I've never come across sooo much negativity about them since being with them 🤷‍♂️
