I finally got a very unhelpful person on the phone and it turns out they took my order accepted payment and dispensed it inc a tracking number…. Without having any stock !!!I will ask on Tuesday as I have got to ring them as I paid for a script on Wednesday it was despatched on Thursday at 1.50pm and it never arrived. The tracking says Royal Mail are “expecting it” so it seems like it wasn’t collected or sent by CB1 Medical

No, there is no delivery. The flower was in stock when I placed the order, they confirmed the order and took payment and issued a despatch note the following day and the tracking number….. but apparently they never had the stock.They may have had stock before they sent your script out, if they sent it, Have you had a delivery today?

Yesterday was able to log into the app after a few go’s but couldn’t log onto the web version as it said my details were incorrect. This morning I can’t log into anything and it says my details are not recognised.
I’m beginning to get itchy feet I can’t deny it. Luckily as far as I know my data wasn’t breeched!
I am really not enamoured by their lack of communication to their PAYING customers!
I had the same problem signing in yesterday, I use biometrics to sign in and it said my email or password was incorrect and if on the 3rd attempt of signing in it said I'll be locked out of my account for 24hrs. I manual put in my details and it excepted my sign in details, now it excepts my biometrics again. It sounds like you and others are having a nightmare with CB1 Medical. I've never come across sooo much negativity about them since being with themjust checked and the app has now reverted to using the original V1
my prescription is now showing as "Delivered" !! and I have had no emails about the replacement that i had to swap to on the phone yesterday or the refund.
I just don't feel like CB1 Medical are under control, i don't feel like they would support me if i had an issues and i feel that they are a bit too laid back with the appointments and reviews etc
