Hi everyone, hope you are all good

Been really busy with family and work as of late and have had litte time to drop by but here I am with a wee update.
After considering all the events to do with my new clinic I had a prescription available with some confusion on there behalf I ended up with 2 separate scripts which I wasn't paying postage twice for so was advised to call them to proceed which I will be doing tomorrow.
Apon looking at the formulary all of what was on my script seems to be out of stock! Wondering now will I have to have a new prescription or may be able to give my preferences now !
I thought the app would have had a new look or something different but just looks the same and unsure if it still is accurate

The delay in me paying for the initial script was a mix of cross wires and me thinking money had been taken from my account at the same time of trying to pay through the app to find it was something entirely different ie my payment for my venty !
I also received an email from the Cheif Operating officer today regarding events of late.
I did get a bit spooked by the coincidence of the payment failing and a pending payment of which the figures didn't add up !
Hoping my call tomorrow will be straightforward and eventually get the ball rolling.
