Clinics CB1 Medical

I had the same problem signing in yesterday, I use biometrics to sign in and it said my email or password was incorrect and if on the 3rd attempt of signing in it said I'll be locked out of my account for 24hrs. I manual put in my details and it excepted my sign in details, now it excepts my biometrics again. It sounds like you and others are having a nightmare with CB1 Medical. I've never come across sooo much negativity about them since being with them 🤷‍♂️
The formulary isn't looking to healthy either :(
I had to remove the CB1 app and reinstall it this morning.

I'm the same, I checked to see if the formulary had improved of my old clinic yesterday as there communication was outstanding and I emailed to Cardiff cannabis clinic but they are not sure if i would be eligible as i am predominately a pain patient
I do hope Cardiff get back to you with a favourable response as a lot of pain patients have mental health symptoms that need treatment but it's not nice to see you having to got through this to get adequate treatment and communication.
 
it gets worse, i have just got off the phone from what sounded like a very noisy call centre at CB1 Medical and they never issued the replacement order yesterday after i spoke to them and they had no record of me not receiving the original order !!
they are now going to reissue the order but they asked me to ring them again tomorrow once i had the order approved email !

Something has gone on there, maybe the computer system itself being upgraded has caused all this 🤔 not good though mate, you've been without your meds 😳
 
Finally got my meds today after sitting without since last week, happy medicated now although slightly deflated with all the issues, still says on the app my order is being dispatched when i've already received it, cant help feel bad for CB1 Medical now and feeling tad guilty for some of my comments although it was all facts. Hoping they get everything under control and we can all be happy once again, it was a really good clinic not so long ago and like some have already mentioned we need to give them a chance....

Also big apologies once again to mods + anyone I may have offended for putting up with my madness, I don't mean to be a dick but clearly I've got some work to do (I do realise I'm wrong eventually)

Following urgent discussions with Script Assist, we have rolled back the upgrade for now. This ensures your care is not disrupted while their team works on further improvements and robust testing.

We’re pleased to confirm that all systems are now fully operational. You can once again order your prescriptions, and we are accepting and processing requests as normal.
If you are still unable to access the CB1 Medical app, you may need to uninstall and reinstall it. Your username and password will remain the same, so you won’t need to reset your login details.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience and understanding as we worked with Script Assist to resolve these issues.

Just had this through from CB1 Medical
 
I feel so let down with this bloody medical malarky so far...

In 3 months, starting with being insulted and not listened to at Curaleaf and now all of this with CB1 Medical - head firmly done in !

I'm pain stakingly waiting for next Friday for appointment to see what they say but once again, they must listen with what this has put people through with their anxieties..

I've had a few tricky days as I was contacted by Barclays not long after this telling me of fraudulent activity on my account but after investigating it was was before the data breach occurred so IS NOT RELATED WAHTSOEVER but you can imagine at the time.....!

Anyway, I have one foot out the door, lets see what a weeks brings !
