You will still be required to have reviews of your prescription when necessary, but these will be free of charge. Failure to comply with this request may result in a delay in your next prescription as we must adhere to good clinical practice by offering medication reviews when required.

Is this clinic just for armed forces ,police ,fire and emergency services or is it available to everyone at the £50 a year cost? Had a look but still no clearer.

For those of you that found you could order more than your allowance, this will come back to bite you i fear once they are on top of the system.

Mine is ok, allowances as they were beforehand on my account.

Yes I've noticed them also and Smacksalad has done a couple of vids on the Pave 34 but they are available at Specials for £3.95/g so I'm going to send my request there for some

Bit of a price difference and I've noticed that with some other strains just recently. Specials probably had the franchise on them

The things with Specials is they react to price drops pretty rapido and where some pharmacies don't stock the cheaper items around £4 Specials tend to have them most of the time so are really good in that sense.

I thought because of the swop in the CB1 Medical new system it may have been a glitch, might be worth phoning them?

They're a similar price at Mamedica® as Pave 34 is £5.50/g so some have come right down whilst others have reduced the price a bit ,also only a few places stock them that I can see.

CB1 Medical grrrr. So i took the plunge on new system at weekend and did a month script, i used the filter to show only in stock items. Now they have taken all the money but cosmic cream out of stock, but charged me for it! so lots of calls to sort now getting an extra chemango at same price and finally got them to post it for free as allready paid postage on script. But had to pay for the extra chemango as they have issued refund against cosmic but wont hit my bank till next week.

So new system failed on in stock items.
Script getting accepted took way longer than usual.
Took money for out of stock item, then issued refund, means i am out of pocket by 85 for a week.
2 weeks since change, and still problematic.

That shouldn't be happening to Patients and refunds should be automatically paid back within a couple of hours or at least post you out a similar priced meds which you agree on . So annoying them types of refunds which take 3-5 working days. Hopefully you’ll get a refund sooner rather than later

Hi I feel the same, it’s so stressful. I put a repeat in on Saturday , paid and as yet nothing has been dispatched. We don’t seem to get any deals , I was told by the pharmacy that they pay full price so don’t often reduce etc. I had hoped the system would have calmed down abit now after the change but this isn’t good is it? Do we have to put in an order a week or two before we need it? I know I haven’t been here long so maybe I shouldn’t be moaning. Is the grass greener elsewhere ( it appears so) ……….

And the Christmas ordering is also stressing me out for the above reasons….. can order early and pay but if it doesn’t get sent in time etc
