The only appointment you will pay for will be your initial consultation which is £50.00. Ex-personnel of: British Army, Royal Navy, Royal Marines, Royal Airforce, Police, Fire Service, Ambulance Service & Coast Guard do not pay for any appointments).

You will still be required to have reviews of your prescription when necessary, but these will be free of charge. Failure to comply with this request may result in a delay in your next prescription as we must adhere to good clinical practice by offering medication reviews when required.

We do not have any hidden costs.

Is this clinic just for armed forces ,police ,fire and emergency services or is it available to everyone at the £50 a year cost? Had a look but still no clearer.

I feel so let down with this bloody medical malarky so far...

In 3 months, starting with being insulted and not listened to at Curaleaf and now all of this with CB1 Medical - head firmly done in !

I'm pain stakingly waiting for next Friday for appointment to see what they say but once again, they must listen with what this has put people through with their anxieties..

I've had a few tricky days as I was contacted by Barclays not long after this telling me of fraudulent activity on my account but after investigating it was was before the data breach occurred so IS NOT RELATED WAHTSOEVER but you can imagine at the time.....!

Anyway, I have one foot out the door, lets see what a weeks brings !
These have been trying times mate for many but you seem to have had more than your fair share just recently to say the least and I can Imagine the alarms ringing when Barclays contacted you and although still not related- at this heightened time of anxiety not good all the same and I hope that gets sorted for you. 🙏

Lets hope some common sense comes out of this so you can settle again on your MC journey because it has been dramatic and not of patients doing .

Been really busy with family and work as of late and have had litte time to drop by but here I am with a wee update.
After considering all the events to do with my new clinic I had a prescription available with some confusion on there behalf I ended up with 2 separate scripts which I wasn't paying postage twice for so was advised to call them to proceed which I will be doing tomorrow.
Apon looking at the formulary all of what was on my script seems to be out of stock! Wondering now will I have to have a new prescription or may be able to give my preferences now !
I thought the app would have had a new look or something different but just looks the same and unsure if it still is accurate 🤔
The delay in me paying for the initial script was a mix of cross wires and me thinking money had been taken from my account at the same time of trying to pay through the app to find it was something entirely different ie my payment for my venty !
I also received an email from the Cheif Operating officer today regarding events of late.
I did get a bit spooked by the coincidence of the payment failing and a pending payment of which the figures didn't add up !
Hoping my call tomorrow will be straightforward and eventually get the ball rolling.

Hope your good pal as you've been busy (y) and in normal circumstances I'd say the stock would be reserved for you as they is how they've operated and once you requested it they take it away from what they have in stock it appears till eventually it shows as OOS on the app/portal. when its all been requsted.

The app you see now is the old one as they launched the new version yesterday across a few formularies and took it down again as there were issues with it and said it will return in a few weeks.
 
It might be nice if we could see 'Supporter' as an additional to the plant stages instead of an overwrite, but unless it takes one second it's probably a low priority dev-wise
 
Yeah was thinking that last night not much choice on there atm 🙃
I've probably looked on that formulary every day this year and never seen it so shallow and obviously there are issues but it's about solving them as some patients can't afford those dearer products that seem to make up most of the formulary today ,it just needs replenishing and soon and I've got no doubt they'll be working on it but in the meantime patients placing orders are probably finding no choice but to pay more than they had hoped to with the usual choice .:(
