Clinics CB1 Medical

That's how you should feel. Imagine being stressed over an anti stress medication! it's insane that you were messed about so much. Propper happy for you mate.
This is how it should be for MC, at least I now have a positive outcome and lots of experience gained from the negatives. I wouldn't have made a move if were for not to being on here with, a Wonderful Community Group 😍

If it helps another person out there who's worried, then just sharing your journey is super helpful for newcomers
Exactly ,been some heart warming stuff on here the last few days ,this thread and the' denied after a pyschotic episode' thread with people leaving testimony of their journeys after losing hope initially or having a bad experience with there clinics.
It'll be giving hope to many who come across these threads in similar situations . ✊

Well, I'm a little disappointed with CB1 Medical today. Maybe someone could shed some light on the official process surrounding changes in prescription, particularly, when you only have funds for a partial script? I'm guessing there must be an official reason, but apparently my script needs to be approved by the Dr to remove what I can't afford.

Was prescribed three flowers yesterday. Payment link popped through today. I can only afford two this week, current script was only issued 2 weeks back (would have been due 24th December if it wasn't for the holidays). Am skint.

Went to pay via the app, de-selecting one of the three flowers arranged during yesterday's Call. Figured I'd be able to top up with the third as needed, if needed at all, since my scripts are overlapping, I would be OK. Went to pay, App was trying to take money for all three, despite only two being selected (still early days for the app, I know). So I called the pharmacy.

Staff there said that the prescription needed to be re-approved by a doctor, because I was only paying for two of the three flowers, and one needed to be removed. Didn't have the mental capacity to question over the phone, but disappointed it wasn't as straight forward to pay for a partial script as others seem to have experienced.

Just really hope it's all re-approved first thing Monday. Grateful for the overlap, and that I'm not left without, but instead am left with the why 😅

Sorry to hear this ,and I sort of understand what's happened and to the best of my knowledge any change to a prescription has to be rewrote ,change in amount , a typing error , change of strain as I understand the prescription has to match what's dispensed ,not with items crossed out if that makes any sense and I'm pretty sure/hopeful it'll be sorted soon as, like you mention Monday. Also I'm not sure but when others refer to a partial script I think they'll mean say their allowance is 60g and they request 30g then pay for it then maybe do the same 2 weeks later if I'm making any sense. 😅

Your prob best calling them as soon as you can the new app still messes me about saying THC limit reached thing like that when I only made part order. They will fix it they really helpfull when ya speak to em.

Thank you for the reassurance, that aligns with what I had thought to be honest... Some kind of legal formality beyond my understand. What you've shared sounds legit and satisfies my curiosity, for now 🧐😂

That would make sense actually... Though I cba with extra phone calls, so maybe that method won't be right for me. Will all be back on track again in the new year... Just the overlap alongside Christmas that's done me.

Feeling guilty about the trouble I've now caused with the prescription, needing to go back and forth to the Dr like that at their busiest time 🫣 I'll not be trying to change another prescription in a hurry, even if I am trying to get less 😅

It's the overlap at Christmas has caught a few of us short I reckon .

We ordered from the app last time so maybe as we all get more familiar with it ,it'll take away the need to phone them and make splitting your script that bit easier in the new year.
I imagine they'll be a few things that might catch you out along the way as your new to MC entirely and its procedures but at least you can learn off other patients 'surprises' on here so when situations arise you've already got a mild understanding of them and how to go about them.

I have had approvals over the weekend twice now so they will still be working away.

The whole every prescription needs to be done and sent over for physical copy is a bit over kill for some situations (such as you dropping one not adding one) but I'm guessing it's regulations they follow that do this.

You are still within the window for getting prescriptions in for the 16th so they can be cleared for the 20th.

I appreciate you sharing your experience and it will be interesting to see how this works out for you, as more people are using the clinic and the app being new it's going to be a good test of how they work and solve issues over time.

You should of asked if you can just pay for the two you could afford. I'm sure on my script I could minus or plus a product, before paying? I've had this once, long story, I phoned the pharmacy and asked to take one off blah blah and they did so no problem, just sent me another payment link within minutes. It saves your Prescription being written out again.

Oh sweet jesus. I don't like the app anymore.. I just looked at my prescription history and checked out the total spends on prescriptions since the 30th October.. closing in on 900

That doesn't include the vapes and bits n trinkets and somebody please take my bank card away quickly..
I want to buy another new quartz crucible for my vape.

🤣🤣

She's spent nigh on£700 since 12th Nov on meds then there's me to add in too, landing gear is down on the bank balance ready to skim the runway ,but hopefully nowt to pay out for a bit 😅

Yeah I could have done it cheaper tbf but I'm too impulsive when I see something I like I need it in my life within 48 hours 🤣
You've seen me with every new vape I see then times that by every new strain we look at on here ,I'm think I'm showing great restraint recently :ROFLMAO: aided by a thousand mile stare every time I mention vapes 😅

Hahaa yeah next year I'll be more conservative I promise... ill try ... maby
I fookin wont , soon as there's a pulse running through the balance it's gone ,restraint over ,welders mask on to protect from the stare and i'll kip in the car it's comfier anyway.
