Pharmacies Mamedica Growing Pains?

Hi Folks, glad to join the community, and thanks for the hard work of those who built and continue to develop MedBud

I had my second prescription delivered today from Mamedica® but one of multiple items was missing, and there's no indication on the invoice or anything that it was missing intentionally. I've tried calling and using different options - Pharmacy on hold an hour so I I hung up, others answered after a shorter wait but couldn't tell me without checking with the pharmacy.

As a new patient myself, whilst the process has generally been smooth I've noticed things here and there in addition to this example suggesting they may be a bit overstretched and a few things are slipping? I know there's been recent media coverage and adverts, so assume lots of new sign-ups (including me!)

Just wondering what the consensus was - trying to withold judgement and understand if it's a temporary thing (essentially good because it means more people are getting access to the medicine they need) which might be frustrating but really nothing to worry about in the long run, or if there are some things they just don't do so well...

Mine have had them recently ,I've got loads but could be an oversight by a picker/packer.

We'll soon see if its a policy ,saying that mine's coming from IPS Pharma this time so it'll be others here that'll notice first but it's important because they work

Yeah I didn’t have any boveda packs in mine this month, they said they still do but clearly trying to save a few quid if it happening across the board.

They popped in one thread the patient support from Mamedica® and told us the reason for bubble being withdrawn whilst a sealing issue was dealt with.

I'd like to be clear, I wasn't complaining of no bovedas, just helping correlate data. I'm also not complaining delivery took 7 days after payment

I'd be really happy if the folks managing the cannabis treatment are reading what we say here, and are trying to respond positively to our feedback, especially as we're able to share that feedback here in a more indirect and supportive way, plus in a way which not only raises issues but indicates any community consensus.

If anyone at Mamedica® in this case (but other clinics too) does keep track of our comments to improve our patient experiences - thank you for listening to us and trying to make things better

Haven't used their pharmacy myself recently, but it was always hit and miss whether I'd receive humidity packs or not. Think they run out often.

They do but they are also bundling them with peace naturald etc who already include one they need to better manage thier boveda stock. Without a boveda the flowers pretty bad.

Has anyone put there script in for next month, Mamedica® have told me to have my order in by the 10th for a pre Xmas delivery even though im not due to put mine in till 28th?

I'd put it in mate ,too many Bank Holidays and whatnot to messing about with round 28th and if you get it early well it's better to be safe then sorry
I always place mine bout 11 or 12 days early anyway .
