Have you tried using an incognito tab to view? or a hard refresh? A hard refresh clears your browser cache for a specific page, forcing it to load the latest version of a website. For Windows/Linux, use Ctrl+F5 or Ctrl+Shift+R. For Mac, use Cmd+Shift+R. Alternatively, hold Shift and click the Reload button.
I just checked again and the site is loading ok. If you try the above and it's still not working let me know, but it should sort out the problem.

Trying to figure something out about Medicann here folks. If you go to the Clinics section here, it clearly states that IPS is the Medicann formulary of choice. So i go and look at what stock IPS have and Medicann do not have it listed as in stock or its not listed at all. Two examples would be OGKB and Pave 34, Both in stock on the IPS formulary and neither are available via the Medicann formulary. What am I missing here?

Hey, the stock IPS holds for Medicann is separate, so looking at the IPS formularly doesn't tell you what you can order via Medicann, just because IPS stocks it doesn't mean they will sell it to a Medicann patient (for whatever reason)
How long does it normally take for an order to be processed after the weekend?
I have had one sitting at "processing" since Friday afternoon.
Paid for etc.
Am I safe to assume the meds are reserved?
Sorry for newbie questions. Just understanding the system.

Ye I missed the cutoff on Friday.
I was more worried that most the stuff I ordered is now Out of stock on the trackers and I never saw my "order" being deducted by the bots.
If its accepted payment does that mean that product is reserved?

Tried to order a 4C Labs crumbled lime but wouldnt accept the request so guess its sold it but still saying 1 left. Request didnt work until I removed the crumbled lime.
Huge influx of new patients, "Patient surge" is one of the major problems for clinics and pharms, if they cannot scale up their resources ( eg staff, phone lines, IT, cloud, product allocation) rapidly it all starts to collapse under the load. Then patients leave again. . I stuck with Alterna through three such surges with lost scripts (plural), a lost complaint ( never dealt with properly) & review request, broken IT and web ... so we'll see how Medi hold up. ))

That happens automatically, with a lag. Lag = more difficulty. Patients get frisky, surge, whoopee, pause, not whoopee, leave, surge. repeat. Very difficult to manage resources due to the timing being near unpredictable.

we need a patient co-op, i have brought at least 15 people to Medicann. all spending about 400-500 a month. and thats just me. we are the buying power. thats like 7500 a month income just from me and my cohorts
imagine the buying power of 1000 patients direct with the growers, or 10000. like how they use their numbers to gain preferable costings with suppliers.
its almost as if they assume we are all braindead.
when the experience gets too shit i will move with my friends, I have no doubt our loss will be filled but i would argue my mates are very cannabis experienced and require zero hand holding and are regular big spenders. so the question medicann need to ask themselves is whether they want quantity over quality regarding patients. i know the correct answer having been in sales and management all of my life.....
