Thats ok then, Curaleaf was doing my head in, in two months I spent hundreds and not enjoyed anything.

Yeah I was just about to sign up to CB1 Medical then seen that medicann was free, glad I made the choice, thought it would be more hassle to be fair but was 2week process for me, and that was down to me.

@vin I’m in Scotland, we don’t have NHS online here -.- Clinic just send a reqest, I thought that’s not a problem for my GP but reality is different.
Last time when I requested my medical records that took them exactly 28 days

I'm in scotland too, I got mine the same day by phoning up and requesting it then picking it up shortly after, emailed pics of everything over to the clinic the same night

it does depend on who you get on the phone, my mate tried the same thing and got pan handled for 2 weeks

Welcome to the forum @vin and best of luck with your transfer and as you'll have seen from others here the choice seems pretty decent and the freedom to choose is a big thing if your previous clinic did not allow this .

I done this also but Medicann said they needed more of medical record than what was on my NHS app so may have to go to my GP to ask them for full access on app

Welcome @JSparx0194 and an unwelcome hold up but when I transferred clinics in the past once I had instructed my GP the rest was handled between the clinic and GP with no further input from myself so hopefully all goes well and your up and running before you know it

Thank you i know it one of them things, I am new to this process so my anxiety is at a high with my GP, if I may ask could you tell me what you said to your GP to make things simpler for them or i may have to just go there and give my info to get full access to medical records on the app not sure how long it would take them though. Many thanks

I was the same when joining MC and it was a bit of a helter skelter for me getting everything in order but the process is much simpler now .

First I gave permission for my SCR to be sent but then my clinic needed further clarification and I'm sure I just had to tell my doctors they needed more in depth info and gave permission for my clinic to request it from my GP's and it was sorted between the GP and clinic iirc .
Basically I asked that my GP let my clinic access what info they wanted on my medical records .

They said i have no restrictions and the full formulary ill let you no how it looks when its set up.

That is the standard reply unfortunately as they have 28 days to do this but it often is much quicker but I can totally understand your frustration

Most GP's are c**ts about it to be honest, I was lucky by looks of it that I got someone who just printed it all up for me same day

@GrownHealth its not frustration, more likely disappointment of what NHS turn into in last few years.
I’m not originally from uk but I have been here about a decade. I can see that fall of competency of medical staff. I’ve been with few medical centres during my residency in Scotland.
When I was asked what that summary was for I heard that tongue click of disapointment on other side of a call while mentioning MC.
